Great “quirky” townhouse

Keys in lock box so able to get in to house as soon as we arrived also made leaving very easy

No bottle opener fortunately we had a screw cap bottle with us too

A fantastic time, thank you!

Outstanding location, really well appointed property. The kitchen was really well equipped and we had a very happy time there.

With very young children the staircases are very steep and narrow. We also found bath time tricky as there is only a shower.

Parking was ok but not explained very clearly in the house description. Parking on the street opposite the house was restricted. Nearby parking was pay and display.

great little cottage we loved it as were staying to go to a concert at Blenheim so close just a 10 min walk and we were

really clean great location

not the properties fault but the parking per it’s have been introduced so impossible to park outside house would suggest that owner gets a visitors permit so that any guest staying can park one car outside house

Great property and location for Blenheim Palace

location very close to centre of Woodstock, lots of pubs and restaurants and very easy access to Blenheim Palace. About 8 mins walk. House very well appointed and furnished.

Ideal for a two night stay in central Woodstock

Loved the quirkiness of the house. Comfortable, clean and great location.

Could do with an info sheet for when you first arrive- I wasn’t sure where to find anything.

Superb

Great location, quiet. Very comfy bed and soft towels. Good instructions and communication from the owner. Would stay again.

It would have been nice to have had soap left in the bathroom for washing our hands and perhaps an extra toilet roll. The biscuits in the fridge were a nice touch but personally we'd have preferred some tea and coffee for the mornings. (a very small amount was left - not enough for two adults over 3 nights). A note for some that the stairs in the property are quite steep/narrow around a corner. Not a problem for us but might be for some.

there was lots of dark hair in the bed and on the towels, there was also no glasses or a bin in the kitchen everything else was great.

Very well presented, with a premium finish.

Very well presented and premium finished town house with plenty of character, in the middle of Woodstock. Everything supplied for self catering and in ‘like new’ condition. The supply of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and more made a pleasant addition on arrival.

Excellent location and ideal for a short break. well appointed and clean throughout

The stairs were steep and could prove tricky for the less able bodied visitor. Parking outside was limited
