Excellent Tea rooms with accommodation.

Perfect location, modern clean rooms, great food, excellent staff, I could go on and on!!

A very comfortable stay.

Room, although small, had everything we needed and was beautifully clean. The style was contemporary and the shower, in particular, was excellent. The overall price excluded breakfast but a full English could be purchased for £10 in the tearoom. Coffee was extra. Tea and coffee making facilities were also provided in the room and the TV offered an extensive selection of different channels. The free wifi was also very good.

The room was very hot in the night. Unfortunately we could not see a way to adjust the temperature. Would have appreciated a light over the bathroom mirror. Otherwise the accommodation was excellent.

The room was really good value and considering we booked late the cost was amazing as Premier Inn / Travel was costing much more. Can and will recommend this place

Very enjoyable nights stay with a choice of a good breakfast on site should you want it at a very reasonable extra cost

Everything was fresh and clean and new. The shower was perfect, towel rail was heated and worked! Room was quiet and warm and cosy and had everything you could possibly need ! Hosts were very helpful, informative and obviously cared about there guests we felt very welcomed!!

There was nothing to dislike ! The room was small but perfectly formed !

Convenient - self contained. Access to room was easy.

Windows could have had blinds fitted to give privacy. Curtains had to be drawn which meant no natural light into the room. No dedicated parking

Superb accommodation!

Very impressed with my room. Lovely modern decor and a quality feel to all fixtures and fittings. Spotlessly clean room, bathroom and bedding. Friendly helpful staff and the lovely tea shop is a bonus! Shame I only had one night for this visit, but now I've been I'll definitely stay here again and already looking forward to a longer stay next time.

Not enough space in room to put stuff. Another set of drawers or a vanity unit would have helped. 1 folding chair doubled as bedside unit .

Fantastic.

Staff were absolutely lovely from the minute we arrived and acted professionally throughout our stay. The standard of the room was quaint but excellent. The cleanliness was above and beyond. Lovely breakfasts, a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Really cosy stay!

The patio was lovely in the nice weather that we had. Room is small, but comfortable and nice but cold bathroom. Friendly staff. I probably wouldn't book here again if coming by car, it was a hassle finding a free space. But you'll find one eventually, lots of free parking along the road.

Breakfast should be included. Some heating in the bathroom would help.
