No hot water. Kind of a basic need. Also had flood water lines throughout the room

Hotel was is need of maintenance. Told the young girl in the evening and asked for an extra blanket that never came. One positive the young man at 4am did give me fresh cup of coffee for me and my wife.

Always a good time.

Great stay! Love the old historical buildings. Room was clean and felt comfortable all throughout stay. Simple walk to all the fun hangouts (Bourbon Street), etc. Valet and frontdesk staff were friendly and fun!

Great atmosphere, 2 blocks from the French Quarter! Staff was a pleasure and will definitely stay here next time in I'm in NOLA!

The building was beautiful, it has that old history feel. The outlet to the microwave and fridge didnt work. Both full size mattresses needed replacement. The beds were worn out. The handle to the shower was missing a screw so it fell off every time. The remote did not function properly. I walked around looking at the two pools they had to offer. No, i would not stay again. Too many other places to stay and explore.

We wanted a New Orleans style hotel and chose based on location and pictures. The room we got looked nothing like those advertised. No plates on outlets, no decor, walls were filthy, bathroom gross and tv did not work. It literally looked like a college kid rented out there room, would never tell anyone else to stay at this place. Lobby was nice but once you go to your room it’s a whole different experience.

While I understand that the building is historical the bed where old and pillows had stains. The location of the hotel is great your getting to pay what you’re paying for a bed and a place to put your things in . The staff was good for the most part. When the website says 50 dollars a day for parking. They charge me 60 and then when I was checking out they said I had 30 to an hour to move my car . Don’t charge me I was not there for the full 24 hrs they charged my card. The hotel has a lot of potential honestly.

The stay started as great. We travel to New Orleans often and have stayed at multiple hotels around the French Quarter. When arriving we were welcomed. When we got to our room everything looked okay. When going shower the handle was broken on the faucet. The toilet was stained and dirty.
When leaving to check out we were told we had to move our vehicle to another parking lot to spend the day because it couldn’t stay there. We have been able to leave it parked for the day at every other hotel we’ve stayed at. So then I had to go pay to park at another parking lot! Will not be staying here again. Very inconveniencing.

The service at this hotel goes above and beyond. I cannot say enough good about the staff. They really make your stay. The rooms are not very clean and the pools were green the entire time. I was a little shocked that I had to pay an amenity charge for pools that I could not use.

We went to NOLA for our 25th wedding anniversary, we fell in love with Hotel St Pierre, This is a historic inn, and just like all of NOLA, things remain the same for historic purposes. We reserved the Premium Suite which was cleaned very nicely. I do have one complaint, our room had a couch which does need to be steam cleaned. But overall this was a great experience!!! We primarily interacted with the night crew and they were always splendid! Also, if u love cats, they have a cat on the premises who is so friendly. We will be back to Hotel St. Pierre the next time we’re in NOLA.

The room was ok, the beds were way too tall had to use a stool to get onto the mattress. The parking was way overpriced

Do not waste your time with this hotel. It was definitely not as advertised! The room had a musty, moldy, mildew odor from being flooded. The exterior double doors did not close properly leaving approximately 1" gap at the bottom for any insect or critter to creep in. There was an outdoor sitting area just outside the room which required cushions that were no where to be seen. Although, this area did provide a handy gathering place for the maintenance staff who had gathered there talking/yelling loudly, smoking and using the wifi. We asked for a different room. The only available accommodation left was on the second floor which had vomit splattered all down the side of one wall. Obviously, the pool equipment was not working properly because the water was green. The grounds had overgrown foliage blocking the walkways which had to be push aside to pass. We checked out immediately and went to a much nicer, cleaner hotel at a cheaper price, better location that did not cause us to have headaches from the nasty odor! I would not let recommend this hotel to my dog!

Leaky, Stained Ceiling!
Toilet wouldn't flush or fill the tank without taking the lid off and doing it manually every time
Super friendly staff

Property was full of chipped and unpainted areas with exposed electrical in the rooms as well. No ice maker. Only 1 coffee area as advertised others around the property. And coffee carafe often empty.

This place is in the perfect position to enjoy all that Southern Decadence has to offer. The staff was incredibly sweet and always had a smile on their face. The only drawback was that facilities: a torn bedskirt, water stains on the wall from pipes, a bowed shower curtain rod that now bows down in the middle so the curtain doesn't stay closed, and no water pressure. This doesn't mean we wont stay here again. You have to be up for some rustic charm as some of these buildings are very old.

It’s an old hotel and is a bit grubby but not to bad.

Really good stay for my family. Ignore the questionable reviews prior by others. Had us concerned before stay. Fantastic property, staff, location, and no problems. Thank you!

I found leftover trash in closet. Bathtub was dirty

We really enjoyed our short stay. I would have scored it higher but there were concerns our sheets weren't changed and possibly one of our towels. My pillow case had make up on it and strands of red hair (dyed red hair), and one towel had looked like it may have been used, again with make up on it.
I'm aware of stains that you can't get out, but the hair on the pillows was kind of gross.
The staff was however, super nice and friendly, and we really loved the building.

BB King room is amazing!

Very close walk to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. The hotel allowed me late check out time of 3:30 pm for only $33 extra. Staff parked my car in their parking lot for safety for $49 per night (totally worth it). I would stay here again, if I'm ever in New Orleans.

This has to be the worst hotel in Nola, with the absolute worst customer service to those who booked them. I normally do not write reviews-but since they were extremely rude, made fun of us, and suggested we block parked cars to find parking people need to know. If you want terrible service, book here.

Outrageously fantastic! Great French boutique hotel within a 10 minute walk of the French Quarter. Just far enough away for peace and quiet at night. Amazing staff and accommodations and theme with the rooms named after famous jazz musicians. I’m a musician so I loved that. I’ll be back!

The pics online were not accurate of the room/property. The room and furniture were very old. We were charged a $10 amenities fee at check-in and $51 for parking, so be wary of the fees they choose to tag on.

The front desk manager lady was so beautiful and kind, she helped us find parking and with our keys and everything I would come back solely for her and her service absolutely wonderful.

It’s in a good location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s an old New Orleans building and could use some updates but, overall great stay here.

I didn't like being placed on hold for over 20 minutes only to see the front office guy step out to talk to friends and smike cigarettes.

You get what you pay for. This was the cheapest room available and that’s exactly what we got. The door has been kicked in and not repaired. A good knee from a child could bump it open. No door bar or extra interior security mechanism. The knob was so loose the key didn’t work half the time. I had to learn “the trick” of it. They sent a man to repair it (but it is not repairable without replacing the knob and door) and he didn’t speak English so we could not have a conversation. The result was him walking away and (cussing?) grumbling something…Tv didn’t work unless you change inputs. No water pressure in bathroom faucet (well, very very little). No hook on the bathroom door or wall to hang robe, pants, etc. Also, people arguing and hollering on the street late at night. The manager would not tell me where the nearest parking structure was and charged $50 per night to use his unsecured dirt lot. The beds were not just firm, they were rock hard and squeaky. I’m sure I stayed in worse rooms in my life but can’t remember when. The ONLY bright spot was Jaime, the 3-11pm host/mgr. he was terrific and instantly attentive to listen and help with issues. Thumbs up to Trey as well. And at least the refrigerator was working. Will not return. Thank you Jaime!!!
