The facility was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean
It’s convenient to be at a property that has food. They had a very limited amount of food for dinner, but there were many restaurants close. Complementary breakfast is also nice. There was breakfast to purchase.

The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are spacious and nice.
When we arrived at the location to check in the lady at the desk said it would be a $150 damage protection hold on my card. I received an email stating that the damage protection is $100. I showed her the email I received so she called her manager. The manager was very rude and told us there’s nothing she can do about the $150 hold after reading the email I received stating the damage protection will be $100. She walked off from us with a group of her coworkers. I didn’t get her name but she was the black lady with glasses and hair was in two ponytail tails. After we finally got settled in later that night while I was in the shower the alarm went off and they asked everyone to evacuate the building. We had to go down eleven flights of stairs. When we finally made it to the lobby there were people shooting pool and still drinking at the bar as if nothing was going on. So after maybe 30 minutes later they said we could go back to our rooms. 15-20 minutes later the alarm went off again but this time as we were passing one of the guests in the hallway she said they told her everything was fine and we didn’t have to leave our rooms. The next morning around 7:00 the staff members went around knocking on everyone’s door telling us we have to evacuate the building and relocate to another hotel within 15-20 minutes. Our stay at Aloft was horrible.

The location was very central to every place we wanted to go to. The hotel rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly to me and my dog.
The room was a little disappointing. I had upgraded to a “city view” room and it really just looked at one other building and over the pool. Our bathroom was also a handicap bathroom and the shower was super slippery. And the first night our AC was not working and when we left and told the staff about it we came back about 7 hours later and no one had come by. They ended up moving us to a different room but even the maintenance person seemed annoyed that he was addressing this issue so late. Also the valet was very expensive and they were never at the valet stand so we had to wait 15min every time to get our car.

Położenie i czystość
Mały wybór pozycji na śniadanie. Osoba nie tolerująca glutenu i laktozy nie mogła zjeść nic. Łazienka znajdowała się w korytarzu

Perfect location! You don’t get the noise of Bourbon Street, but it’s within walking distance.

Very clean and convenient to all the local attractions!
Just wished housekeeping could refresh the rooms during stay.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good. I liked the free coffee. I liked needing a key card to go up the elevator and at night to get in, made me feel safe. It was such a special vacation, that I will continue to stay here. Pool table a bonus.
Little construction not a big deal. Bathroom door stuck so we couldn't have any privacy. And we had to squeeze in and out of the bathroom.

We loved everything!

The area was close to the concert that we were attending
With a few misunderstandings on the hotels part they did compensate but it frustrated us to have too switch rooms and go without breakfast the first day

Beautiful, great staff. Very friendly, polite and made us feel welcome and relaxed. Rooms were very nice.
Love love the security of the building. Having to use room key to use elevator! Very family friendly. Perfect location to canal street and we walked to / from smoothly king center for Shania Twain concert ( it was fabulous too).
We will definitely stay here when ever we visit New Orleans. 10 out of 10.
There were NO negatives. All positives.

The breakfast looked inviting, but we had family plans for breakfast. The location was great. The staff was fun to interact with.
The room had soiled q-tips and other trash in the garbage can neatest the sink. The shower was not clean. There was a bottle of "professional" glue left on the floor.

I like the accommodations & staff personalities. They made you feel welcome
I was on vacation & wanted to sleep in. This was not possible due to some type of work going on. It was a constant banging as if a hammer was being used. I never got to sleep in due to the noise. My vacations are for sleeping late, good food, & good drinks.

Convinced, near everything! Like 10 minutes walk to Bourbon Street!
We paid $46 a night for four nights to park there. We have reservations for most of our plans. It took the valet people 45 minutes to bring our car. After complaining and missing our reservation. It then happened a second time. And was told that the younger employees may have been joy ridding in it. They severs sucks and parking should be free.

The decor was minimalistic yet stylish and contemporary.
We paid extra for a City View and only saw buildings from our room.....disappointed!

The staff was very nice. It was easy to get around from this location. The bed was surprisingly comfortable.
The noise level in the halls, we could hear everyone go by all night long. The shower may be the worst I have ever used. Seriously, it was either a dribble or a laser etching your skin, and it was either scorching hot or ice cold.

The location was perfect! It was literally a five minute walk to Bourbon Street and about a ten minute drive to all central locations.
There were a few hidden charges that I wasn't aware of and had to constantly ask the front desk staff about. I also did not like the idea that the refrigerator was in the restroom however, I did know about that beforehand.
