Amazing stay, clean, comfortable, great location for a family wanting to stay close but not too close to the entertainment.

I loved the property inside. Outside didn’t look too good with trash and dog poo.
It was great untill leaving. Accused for smoking inside property when I was outside. As shown on camera on front porch. Was told to zelle 50$ to clean.

Lovely, comfortable home in a good neighborhood with a good variety of restaurants and other services.
Street in front being repaved - private parking was unusable (although street parking was available)

The host are very nice and quick response to all requirements. The location is convenience to anywhere. The property are newly renovated. When we checked out, the host found our missed clothes and call us immediately.
When check-in at midnight, the room is very cold. After turn on the heater, it took a long time to warm up the room. Consider that it is very rare New Orleans has such cold weather, I am not complain on it.

There was no breakfast nor was I made aware it will be one. The location was easy to get to the city was working in the area so we had to do some adjustments nothing major the house was well kept nice layout well lit it really is a beautiful nice place and will recommend it I will stay again on my next visit in January and February if they will be willing to make the beds higher I’m almost 6 ft and getting up and down on a bed that low was a big issue for me
The beds were very low it would had been much more comfortable to have a higher platform or to add an additional mattress on all the beds also the sofa was comfortable to sit on again it was low as far an average adult sitting on it we ate out every night I or order in I didn’t use the appliances in the kitchen w/d worked well I will also recommend placing a deadbolt on the back like the one on the front door just for added protection
