Expensive for what it is. Weird configuration of hotel building

Breakfast was good, staff were wonderful
It would have been nice if there was a separate entrance for fist level guests after check in, didn’t like walking through the main area all the time

Disappointed but understand why restaurant was not available Sunday-Monday .

very clean, good location to university
Breakfast was poor given the price - not much included. very disspointed you had to pay for a barista made coffee on top of the price. I dont think pod coffee cuts it.

Lovely location on the river and close to the children's hospital (my work destination). Beautiful surroundings with a large outdoor covered balcony to die for and elegant room.
Arrived at 5pm on Sunday to discover no dinners on Sundays or Mondays and nowhere open nearby. Only option appeared to be Uber Eats! This is OK if forewarned but not what I was expecting from the website (no doubt it's there somewhere.....)

Complex was modern and very clean. Rooms were perfect and had everything we wanted. Great value for money in today’s market.
If I had to put a negative, it was a little confusing on where to go at first but we soon figured it out and recommend that comment not put you off.

Loved the quality of the furnishings and fittings, the fact that we had a microwave and full set of crockery and cutlery.
Loved the balcony that overlooked the river and outlook from the rooms , and the way you could walk and have a swim at Matilda Bay.
Annoying that the TV did not seem to connect to the wifi - tried every day
Breakfast was included with our rate, but you could only have 1 drink and one main, and a second drink ( like a juice or a coffee) attracted an additional charge, as did any additional side you chose with your meal, or even a muffin. I found this very annoying and it changed the experience for me.

Nice clean room with modern design. Decent size with lovely balcony view.
No sink and yet the room provided microwave, coffee machine, fridge, dishes & cutlery. Washing up in the bathroom sink wasn’t ideal.

Riverside location and very modern facilities. On-site parking and good for main travel routes.
My room wasn't changed over for a whole day which meant no water or milk refill and wet towels. The room had been vacant a number of times during the day but the DO NOT DISTURB sign didn't have a PLEASE MAKE UP MY ROOM on the reverse, like at most other hotels. When I went out that afternoon to a wedding I told the front desk and when I returned from my event, dry towels had been dropped off but the wet ones not taken nor any new milk, water or coffee pods.

Staff were very friendly. Especially the gentleman that was at reception upon check in
Rooms excellent, always very clean
Have stayed here a few times now. One of my favourites
Not enough parking. Had to park down the street
Needs more parking or possibly be more clear on how limited the parking is (only 8 bays)

Modern, clean and new.
Getting in and out of the carpark is a bit tricky.

Been staying at this hotel couple of times this year each time I visit my daughter. Just across UWA, super easy to get across to the hostels. Served by CAT bus on purple line, though you would need to walk to the nearest stop which is about 3 to 4 minutes away (UWA Guild House). The restaurant though has limited menu, but the quality of food has been consistently good.
Not much facilities - my husband has to use the gym at UWA, which is quite a walk. The hotel is owned by the university, hence, no guesses for trimming costs. There’s no self-service laundry service, so it can be a hassle to drive out to Broadway to the Laundrobar.

Good location for our needs. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good for a short stay.
Friendly staff and convenient dining facilities.
Lack of signage to find the hotel in the first place.
Lack of on-site secure parking.
Traffic noise (particularly early on Sunday morning) from Hackett Drive sounded like we had a window wide open.

Staff were very helpful, room was really large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast and Barista Coffee were yum!
Views were stunning over the river, even on the rainy day!
Parking on the street, as no space when I arrived in the evening as wasnt aware of that in advance or the restaurant closed in the evening at that time. BUT would definitely stay again.

There is a a nice view of the hotel. Our room was facing the Swan river where many sails on Sunday. We had very good sleeps over the three nights because it was quiet and the curtains were thick enough to block the morning sun.
We arrived the hotel at about 8pm and we were very tired and hungry already. However, the receptionist failed to give us the correct room key to enter our room. We had to go back and fourth to exchange.
We stayed there for three nights but our bath towel was not changed as it was wet on the second day. it was uncomfortable to use a wet towel after bath.

The service at the front counter was excellent
Unfortunately I had to wait 40 minutes for my breakfast which made me late to work. I ordered the poached egg and advocado. The egg was stone cold and there was no fetta on the meal as stated.
The next morning I tried again - didnt wait as long although there was no goats cheese on my scramble eggs like advertised. I also heard other people in the restaurant questioning how long their breakfasts were taking as they also had places to be.
