Back at your stay, you'll quickly get comfortable amidst the wood stove's warmth. The open-concept layout ensures time with your loved ones will come easily. There are two dining tables inside and an alfresco table in the enclosed yard when you are ready to eat. Stay cool with ceiling fans in each room, a swamp cooler in the living room / kitchen area, and an upright cooler in the primary bedroom.

This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. There are ceiling fans, a swamp cooler in the living room / kitchen area, and an upright cooler in the primary bedroom.
This home has a reverse osmosis system installed, providing soft water.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
