It was fabulous. We came for Justin timeberlake concert and the location was perfect. Was able to walk everywhere and enjoy what New Orleans had to offer.

We had a fantastic stay at the beautiful Omni Hotel. Would definitely saty again and recomend it to others. The only thing i would suggest is lower rates for parking.

Room was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed at several Omni locations and this one definitely needs some updates.

I booked a prepaid for my stay months in advance of my arrival. The day prior to my scheduled arrival I called the hotel and told them that due to unforeseen circumstances, I would be arriving at the hotel one day later than originally planned. I was aware that would still be responsible for paying the full amount and not to give away my reservation. The hotel agreed and put a note in the computer. I arrived at the hotel at 5pm after driving 8hrs only to be told that they had given away my reservation because they were overbooked. The hotel stated that they tried to call me but I had “refused to answer my phone”. I did not refuse to answer the phone. I could not answer the phone because I was driving across the country. without my permission or consent the hotel booked me at another hotel.

Weather in New Orleans was drizzly, no thunder or lighting, yet satellite tv's had no signal; no trash can in the bathroom, handle bars on the exercise bike in gym came off.

1) Bathroom paint peeling. 2) Tape on A/C Vent. 3). Front Desk Staff was not great and under staffed. Placed me on infinite hold when I called for my vehicle. They only had one person on duty at the Front desk on a Saturday at 7 p.m. It appears they are trying to run a hotel in downtown New Orleans like it is an Inn in a small town. 4). We had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door the whole time we where there; however, someone from housekeeping walked in to our room on Sunday. Somewhat fortunately, we happened to be in the room at the time. When I asked the front desk, they said a housekeeping supervisor gave the guy the wrong room number.

We stayed for one night on a very busy weekend. The front desk staff handled a super stressful time well and with dignity and calm. The rooms were fine, the beds not the most comfortable and I dislike 2 double beds vs 2 queen beds, but it did the job for the one night we were there. I would not book the same room for a longer trip. The valet was easy and all of the service we received was great.

We stayed for one night for the Eras Tour. Paid over $600 for one night due to surge pricing. Because of the price, I assumed the rooms should be half decent. The room reeked of mildew and had major damage on the bathroom door. I knew I couldn't be moved because of the hotel being fully booked. When I told the front desk about my issue and also asked for air freshener, I assumed I would be compensated for the inconvenience or asked how my stay could be better then. Nope. Then, when I picked up my car from valet, I was 5 min late (4:05 pm) and they said I owed a late fee of $20. We had been in the lobby for nearly an hour and didn't realize the time. I went back to the front desk to see if they could at least comp me for the late fee since nothing was done about my room. Nope. I also had to pay an ATM fee since the valet only took cash and the hotel couldn't take my card. I 100% do not recommend this hotel, even without surge pricing. I stayed at Lowe's a month prior and would 100% recommend it and will stay there going forward.

Overall the staff was friendly, and great, the room itself was decent, but the bathroom was disgusting. I hardly wanted to shower in it. There was crust and water stains that had not been cleaned I emailed the property after my stay and sent these pictures and did not hear a response. The hallways were also dirty with dark spots on the wall etc. The friendliness of the staff made up for the shortcomings. But for an Omni hotel I was disappointed with the cleanliness

The room smells moldy, the staff was not to patient and friendly to explain the charges that was more than what I booked on hotel.com, I spent $200 more than the budget and I still don’t understand why the room went from $168 to $235.45. Anyway I will not go back.

I Love everything about the Omni Riverfront, especially Ms. Pam the bartender. She was very attentive to her customers, friendly, she just has excellent customer service all around. If I had to rate her from 1-10, she would be a 10. The young lay & guy when we checked in on Sunday was excellent, they deserve a 10 also. Very nice & helpful, excellent customer service throughout our stay. Thanks

Fantastic weekend at the hotel. Staff and maintenance were kind and accommodating beyond the norm. Parking is sort of a hassle if you don’t valet, yet it makes it up with the hotels overall swanky-ness
