About this house rental

About this space If you like modern, designer, spacious and bright places, then we have the ideal home for your stay. This beautiful late Victorian townhouse is decorated to the detail, nothing’s been missed and has all the mod cons to guarantee you an amazing visit, that’s if you even manage to leave the house! This house is just minutes away from Clissold Park and is close to Church Street in Stoke Newington. It has good connections to Central London and its main attractions - St Pauls in just 25 minutes! The space Amenities: -24/7 guest support -Cleaning by professional cleaning companies following strict Covid cleaning protocols -Hotel-quality bed linen and 2 towels per guest -Linen and towels washed in at least 60°C/140°F -Complimentary toiletries and cleaning supplies -Free high-speed wireless internet access -Access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Spotify via the smart TV Garden: -Large mature garden -Private outdoor patio Guest access Guests have complete access to the entire property except for a locked room on the ground floor. All the areas in the photos will be accessible to guests Other things to note Please note, this my family home. We expect you to treat it with respect and as if it were your own. It has its bumps and bruises but we love it and we hope you do too! Many thanks Please note that although we have a private garden, we would like to gently remind you that as per our House Rules, we observe a strict no party policy. Gatherings, parties or social events are prohibited in our home and quiet times should be observed after 10:30pm. Should such events occur (or be reported during your stay), please note that you would be liable for any damages to the property and you might be subject to eviction, regardless of the check-out date, the moment any such activities are reported. Our home is in a residential area and maintaining a positive relationship with our community is important to us, I hope you understand. Our standard check in time is after 3pm. Check out is before 11am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a £40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. Pets - not allowed Smoking - not allowed
