ROOMS & BEDS - 8 bedroom, 6.5 bath. Upstairs north first master suite has a king bed, smart TV, built in desk, ceiling fan, private bath with tub, shower, and double sinks, and balcony. Upstairs north second master suite has a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, private bath with tub and shower. Upstairs north third bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and ceiling fan. Upstairs north fourth bedroom has 2 double/twin bunk beds, twin pullout sofa sleeper, twin roll-a-way bed, and smart TV. Upstairs south first master suite has a king bed, smart TV, built in desk, ceiling fan, private bath with tub, shower, and double sinks, and balcony. Upstairs south second master suite has a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, private bath with tub and shower. Upstairs south third bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and ceiling fan. Upstairs south fourth bedroom has 2 double/twin bunk beds, twin pullout sofa sleeper, twin roll-a-way bed, and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

OUTDOORS - Private gated side yard with hot tub (unit B only). Front deck with propane barbecue and patio furniture.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 28 people (20 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
