Great location, clean
Staff charged me twice for my stay and I brought it to their attention and there wasn’t even an apology for the mistake. They did credit me though.

Amazing location. Professional staff. Excellent valet.
Room was small, dark, toilet did not work correctly. Requested room change as ours looked out into a small dark
Alleyway and request was denied. They attempted to repair the toilet but were not able to fix it 100%.

Great location, clean, nice room and staff was helpful. While I was at location 0 complaints.
Debit card incidentals still are not refunded 6 weeks after stay. Had to pull tooth and nail to get a hold of the accounting department. Countless voicemails and calls

It was awesome
the restaurant
2.5 / 5.0
The restaurant for breakfast was very good. Although the staff were extremely busy, they all were very efficient and professional. The food was very good as well.
The first night we were in a room that was advertised as "city view" and what we saw was the center of buildings that held generators, and other large HVAC for the hotel. It was like a dirty joke; depressing and pathetic to not be able to open curtains as this was our view. The next day, I talked to Jana a manager, and she was very professional and emphatic. She moved us to another room. The bottom line is that we lost one night in that room plus the funds to pay for a room that should not be used.

Proximity to Rock m Roll Hall of Fame.
The elevators didn’t work consistently and the heat A/C didn’t adjust properly.

Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean.
Really really bad service. Practically no service

I cannot understate how valuable it is to have reliably dog friendly hotels like the Kimotons. This one in Cleveland was exceptional with great rooms, patio and bar centrally located. We loved it

Excellent staff location and cleanliness
Restaurant service was poor had to wait over half an hour for appetizers during non busy times

The location in relation to the ball park.
Even though I did not ask for a city review, I was also not expecting to see a brick wall. Surrounded by air condition units. Next there was rolled up joints on the outside of the building next to the front door. Third the front desk is off in a little corner and it’s just very uninviting. The lighting was uninviting and the individual that checked us in and out, was uninviting and made it hard to check in check out. The overall room was actually a good size but again we were in the corner looking at a brick wall with no natural with probably seven industrial AC units. The restaurant attach to the hotel was extremely shady. On Fourth of July they offered three items. I do understand it is a holiday, 4th of July but the menu should not be reduced. This is still retail. The additional item about the restaurant was a gentleman came in off the street and was babbling about Vietnam war and then all of a sudden another man comes in and the bartender gave him cash from the till and said, this is all we have. Then the guy left. Lastly I called the from desk to have my car brought to us but when we arrived the attendant had no clue.

Overall, we had a fairly nice stay. It was a great location and the staff was very friendly/helpful.
However, the room was not very soundproof and we could hear noise from both the neighboring rooms and from outside all throughout the night. Upon walking into the room, we realized we only had one tiny window at the very top of the wall, too high up to even look out of. The cleanliness was not the best — the grouting in the bathrooms was dirty and my white socks became brown on the bottoms.

very modern and big rooms, great bathrooms and a fun restaurant!

Room was beautiful and spacious for the largest suite. The bathtub was great and bed was comfortable. Hotel was cute and well decorated with a nice lobby.
There was no bar at the hotel. When we go to our suite, there was a bottle of chaMpagne which I thought was so nice. Then we open the card to find out it was intended for another couple. When we called the front desk they explained it as “oh they must not have wanted it so you can keep it” but that doesn’t explain why housekeeping would have left the personalized card, which made me question the cleaning job. It was also very loud with traffic noise all night long. I live Downtown so I understand noise but it seemed like the windows should have been better insulated. I guess if you want to sleep, ask for an inside room.

general comfort
shower location and inability to turn water on without getting wet. Shower needed sliding doors

The location is fantastic. The room is very spacious and the bed is comfortable. The lobby is far too tiny, but it is still the coziest spots in downtown Cleveland.
There’s absolutely no excuse for the sidewalk outside not shoveled. Snow had long it over yet to the entire sidewalk was filled with snow. What would a person in a wheelchair do?
