The lobby area is nice.
The actual rooms looks more like a motel than hotel. The furniture looks so cheap, the sofa had no cushion, and the air conditioning was broken!!!
4.3
Pet friendly! High ceilings and roomy.
I like the retro design and the art deco touches.
Was on second floor unit , with the view outdoor patio on the same level where people could see inside , so a choice between outdoor view or privacy.
There were cotton buds left lying under the wash room sink when we got here, cleanliness is very questionable, overall.

I really liked the location, as well as the evening live band and entertainment in the lobby/lounge. The hotel is actually nice.
The housekeeping service was a bit slow. I requested additional towels during the first night, and never received them.

The design was beautiful. Access to the pool was great! Streetcar in front of the building was perfect! Staff at the door were very kind! I wish we had had access to a schedule of the Three Keys/Music Hall because we would have loved to take advantage of that! The music sounded incredible when we passed by. It be great if you could provide all that info at check in.
The beds were really hard and uncomfortable. Additionally, we didn’t get anyone to come to our room for trash and towels for a few days. When we went to the rooftop one night, there were towels everywhere and the bar was not open. Lack of communication about the transition from Ace to Barnett… No email or notice at check in. We arrived at The Ace before heading out to a rehearsal dinner. When we were trying to come back, The Ace website was down and it was no longer on google maps. I think it would be helpful to put menus in the rooms for room service.

Comfortable bed. Very good restaurant. Excellent location. Good gym with new equipment, small but has everything you need. Some rooms had windows which opened which is a welcome change to stuffy rooms with only AC.
We booked a large room but were initially given a really small room, which was apparently still considered large. We asked to change and were given an enormous room, which was in the same price category as the previous very small room. Quite inconsistent. Rooms in general are very very dark. Terrible water pressure in shower. Pool very small and full of horrible kids. Rooms don't have bathroom doors, just curtains, which is strange and not very nice.

The best place to stay in New Orleans. walk everywhere and or jump on the street car nearby. perfect.
nothing.

Great hotel in a perfect position. Clean, modern and absolutely recommendable! In the center. Large rooms. Definitely I would go back in the future !!!
Nothing

Great room, decor, pool, staff! Comfy bed! Great location!
No vending machine, had to pay extreme prices for can drinks, etc

We love the Ace NOLA. The staff and service are great. The hotel is super stylish and has every amenity we like ie. rooftop pool and bar, small gym but top of the line equipment, coffee shop, extremely large lobby with bar
They also love our Corso, Pablo Escobar, and treat him like a friend every visit!
They need to fix the elevator. There is only one running

elevators were very slow

lobby was ok
room was terrible. beds uncomfortable and it was no better than a run down dorm.

Our room was very nice, very New Orleans. The pool, fitness center and lounge/bar area was lovely. I’m happy we didn’t stay in the French quarter.
Provide better information of where things are located. Maybe something printed in the room for reference and that bag storage is available.

very cool
No kettle in the room.
lifts not working.

We stay at the Ace semi regularly. We choose it for many reasons. The staff is phenomenal! The location is great. The pool is great. The lobby bar is great! Their coffee shop is great! and they love our dog- we have a Corso and they all treat him like he’s a friend lol.
we thought the rooms could have been colder. It is 90+ though, so I understand there is only so much cooling that can happen.
4.3
gorgeous with warmth and beautiful design only outdone by the spectacular staff. just outside the french quarter, which worked for me, with the hotel connected to a row of restaurants, shops, and cafes that give you everything you need and want. plus, rooftop and entertainment offerings are fun and full of life. good mix of people, multi generational good vibes.
4.3
Condom wrapper was on the floor under the bed when I arrived in the room! Yikes. But the worst was the staff upstairs at the pool. Rude. The staff were struggling to keep up with drinks and food. But the manager was angry with everyone — to staff and guests. She made the two days very unenjoyable.
4.3
nice large room. nice gym. cozy lobby. great coffee shop. great bar/restaurant. didn't venture up to the rooftop bar/pool...cool little music venue right in the lobby.
wish you didn't have to wait for the coffee shop to open to get a cup of coffee. could/should have been supplied in the lobby.

The atmosphere was what I was looking for. The pool area was over the top fantastic and the staff were all very accommodating! I was celebrating my 65th birthday and it will be an experience I will treasure always! Thank you so much for making our stay memorable.

Breakfast good although service was a little slower than we anticipated. Stsff at front desk were outstanding as was the bell hop. Location is great. Close to WWII museum and French Quarter.
More lights in room.
4.3
The location was good, just a short walk to wherever you want to go in the city. The hotel had a coffee shop and a nice comfortable lobby bar. the staff was also super nice.
The only issue we had was the room was not comfortable. we stayed in a double room and it just felt cold. It wasn’t a warm and inviting room. The beds were also not that great. We also only saw housekeeping once, maybe it’s a Covid thing, but had to ask for towels twice.
4.3
Nothing
The staff was rude and unhelpful. The television did work properly.
4.3
Nice location, nice staff. Very clean, nice common areas (the bar area is beautiful, and you can borrow games)
I thought the rooms didn’t look as good as I expected, the decoration was a bit dated. We had to change room because the A/C in the first one smelled. The fridge was very noisy at night. Overall, not worth the money in my opinion.
4.3
Great location with access to French Quarter as well as Suoerdome
Restaurant was understaffed and as a result very slow with limited menu
4.3
buzzy, beautiful building, great service, a good gym, cocktail bar, cafe. lovely staff. the room was large and a good base for a 9 night stay.
the room was a bit cold/echoey.

The rooftop pool is amazing, the location is great, and the music at the lobby and the bar were incredible. Everything about this hotel feels nice, young, and cool!
