Fin de semana de relajación en Puebla

Overall a pleasant stay and an excellent location. Quiet and peaceful, great hospitality and service

breakfast was delicious and courteous staff, especially our waiter who was a very attentive young man and who provided excellent service for all our breakfasts

We rented two rooms, one for me and my wife which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We also rented another room for my 90 year old mother. That room was nice enough but did not have an air conditioner as was indicated in our rental agreement and the lamps on either side of the bed headboard had faulty switches.

Lovely property, close to everything you want in Puebla

El Sueno is a beautiful hotel and spa in a terrific location! The breakfasts are delicious and the servers SO very friendly and professional.

Although the room we stayed in was generally comfortable, the beds and the pillows not so much. After a few nights both my sister and I were waking up with back aches, but less than luxurious beds, I've found, is par for the course in Mexico.

Experience did not match expectations.

The location was splendid, right in the city center and the valet parking was nice. The staff is helpfull.

The food was horrid. I cannot believe a hotel in this price range can cook this poorly. Even the scrambled eggs were appearantly too hard. Next to this, our room that was booked with an airconditioning, didnt have one. I must admit they did give us another room after I detailed this.

Reasonable stay in good location for the price. avoid ground floor if possible

location is great, staff were helpful and the garden and patio area is very nice

the room on the ground floor only had a quite small window, wifi was very bad. breakfast was ok

Convenient old town location

Bed was great, location was excellent, staff were kind, free breaky was good. :)

No amenities, but the shampoo, soap and lotion offered were good. The pool deck and chairs were covered in dust/dirt, had not been cleaned in months, although water was clear. Mold on the grout lines in the shower :(

Don’t use the mini bar - it’s a total rip off

Location good. Staff mainly good. Don’t speak much English.

Check out was a nasty surprise! We got charged $5AU per pod for using 4 coffee pods during a 2 night stay. Plus $8AU FOR A BOTTLE OF WATER! We were really surprised as we assumed it was complimentary, and the charge is excessive by any calculation! Every hotel we have stayed so far provides these items for free, often giving mini bar alcohol/drinks etc complimentary as well

Wonderful stay

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! You can't beat the location - within walking distance of most of the attractions and transport to get to farther out attractions. Wonderful Stay!

This is a unique, fun hotel in a GREAT location downtown.

Unique rooms - we've experienced 3 - each so different. HOT showers and juice drink on arrival. Valet parking - nice on busy street.

Could have cost less!

picturesque hacienda style hotel, beautiful individually decorated rooms, right in the middle in the historic centre of Puebla. For breakfast there was not a lot of choices but all was delicious and portions good. definitely recommend to use the spa treatments, we felt like born again after that! restaurant at the location is very good. valet parking works super well. it was perfect!

Loved all the attention to detail and the warm welcome.

We loved staying here with our group. The breakfast and service at the breakfast were excellent. The rooftop patio and pool were great and used by our group. The location can't be beat, just a few blocks from the main square.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a terrific location with a great restaurant and spa

The most perfect boutique hotel in Puebla for a great price!

Loved this boutique hotel! For the price, it was my best stay up to now in Mexico. Staff super friendly and helpful, there was closed parking which we needed due to our cars. And the decoration of the place, so many little corners, plants....and amazing breakfast!

i booked a room with the jacuzzi not only the jacuzzi was so dirty when i start its electrocuted me and thats hurt alot

The location is great. The hotel design is very nice. The service is quite friendly and attentive. The facility is very clean and the food is delicious

The pool wasn’t that useful because it’s basically in the lobby and in the shade - kind of a weird place for a pool. But that’s a minor quibble.

Disappointing

location and breakfast

no functional window, bathroom smelled of sewer, had to wait a long time for hot water on a few occasions, the tv was next to the bed rather than in front of the bed. the photos of the hotel are misleading.
