Pretty sure there are better options at the same price range

Location

My room did not have a window, so there was no natural light coming in, nor ventilation Walls were dirty and cracked Towels were in poor condition, and the pillows were bad Floors were sticky

In th heart of the city, thoroughly pleasant.

This hotel is fine in all respects and the restaurant is pleasant and excellent. It is clean and functioning.

The rooms could use a little sprucing up. They are clean.

Very good choice for a mid range stay in Puebla!

Good location downtown near the Zocalo, modern rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds.

Rooms that face the street are noisy from traffic. Breakfast in the restaurant was good, but more expensive than other nearby options.

Great place to stay in Puebla…definitely recommend

I had a corner room so I had two balconies looking out to the beautiful old town of Puebla. The bed was comfy and the bath tub in the room was unexpected and fun. The shower was huge and had a beautiful window inside ! I didn’t take advantage of the restaurant inside so I can not speak of it. The location is a short beautiful walk to the Zocolo. best bang go the buck. I will be back!!

La cama y el edredón fueron absolutamente fantásticos! La ubicación impecable.

La ducha salía al principio muy muy caliente, una vez templándola se quedaba en tibiezona, y no se podía subir la temperatura del agua.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado ya que esta en el centro de Puebla y esta a menos de 5 min de la plaza principal donde hay restaurantes y tiendas, la limpieza y confort de las habitaciones es muy buena

Ótima opção

Quarto extremamente espaçoso. Cama gigante. Mimos como cápsulas de café e água mineral. Box espaçoso. No meio do caminho entre o Zocalo e o Mercado Parian.

Ducha antiga, mas com boa pressão. Como os quartos ficam quase no nível da rua, há um pouco de ruído de trânsito, mas nada demais.

Hotel bastante céntrico y limpio en Puebla.

Muy buena ubicación, limpio. Tiene una cafetera para hacerte un café. Tiene un agradable patio con un café.

La habitación que nos dieron estaba en una esquina más oscura y con el baño alejado y con un escalón de la cama. La verdad es que no se correspondía mucho con las fotos que vi en booking. Se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle.

Buena opción en Puebla

La ubicación y la amplitud de la habitación, era enorme. El edificio en el que está ubicado es muy bonito.

Necesita alguna reforma y cambio de toallas.

Excelente ubicación, Hotel muy viejo urge remodelarlo!!!

El personal siempre de buen humor y tratando de resolver todo Las camas y almohadas excelentes

Es un Hotel en una casona vieja que necesita ser remodelado, el servicio de restaurante es inexistente después de las 4pm por lo que es imposible pedir servicio al cuarto o solicitar siquiera un vaso con hielos Los cuartos están viejos, con los pisos sobrepuestos uno arriba del otro, incompletos y con un desagradable olor a humedad en algunos de ellos (nosotros ocupamos tres cuartos) muy poca privacidad en los baños

Good. Could’ve been better.

The property is very cute and cozy. There is no elevators so be mindful if you have heavy bags. The location is perfect. Very close to everything you could need.

I wished the staff was more welcoming. The girls that are there during the day just made our stay feel blah. I’ve stayed in my hotels and it will be one to stand out in a negative way because of the coldness of the staff. I will most likely book somewhere else in the future.

Good

It’s a really beautiful old building and the stained glass window in our room was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were super comfortable and it’s a great location.

The room wasn’t v clean when we got there, partly due to the ashes (unavoidable) but we also had a used q tip in the bathroom. Also water from the shower leaked into the bedroom whenever in use.

Nice hotel in the center of Puebla

Very centric located, coffee and water included. Personnel was very nice and showed us all room options. The wifi is stable enough but sometimes was cutting during calls (we were working from the hotel). The room was clean and had a small balacony.

The room is quite tiny and the room we chose was directly at the main road so loud but there are more silent options in the back.

Delightful stay in the city centre of Puebla

The hotel was super central, allowing my husband and I to spend the couple days we had in Puebla walking the beautiful streets and tasting the delicious cuisine and treats on offer. The staff were super helpful and the hotel was lovely.

It was very loud at night with the windows and doors to the balcony not offering a lot of barrier to this. The fan in the room was also super difficult to use and we didn’t end us using it - a little warm at night as the windows had to be closed.

Nice hotel for visiting the Puebla Zocalo

location is fantastic. Staff is very friendly and room is clean and bed is comfortable. The booking said we would get a queen bed but in reality we got a king bed which was great.

Our room had a window that opened to the street so it was noisy until about 10:00 pm but after this the noise was low and did not impact our sleep. I must say, I liked to watch the Street scene out our window. There was a little balcony you could stand on.

Very good location, just in the city center and a few meters away from the main square. Nice room, nice decoration and friendly staff.

In the morning the room smells a bit from que food being cooked for breakfast. It might be only in that specific room.

Gorgeous old building hotel

Great location in an old building, big rooms that were clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and had great English for any non-Spanish speakers! I would recommend :)

There were some issues one day with hot water in the morning but once we noticed the reception it was fixed almost immediately. Only had to wait 5-7 minutes :)

Great value for central Puebla

Large room in historical building within walking distance of the main tourist sites of interest in Puebla Helpful staff. Great on-site cafe provides excellent Mexican breakfasts Partnership with local car park for visitors with hire cars

Very minor point: Communal areas can be a little gloomy at night which doesn’t give a great first impression if arriving at night.
