Las habitaciones son lindas y amplias. Bien ubicado. Limpio.
El staff es un poco antipático. No le echan muchas ganas.
4.5

Habitaciones comidas, bonitas y limpias.
No había quien nos ayudara a subir el equipaje por las escaleras hacia la segunda planta.

Beautiful building super close to downtown and extremely clean.
Rude staff, specially the girl receiving us

The receptionist left between 8-9 pm and locked the main entrance. Result: me, my husband and I was locked out after dining in the town and my daughter was locked inside the hotel and couldn’t get out!!
Upon arrival the receptionist was rude and didn’t see the problem.
Strange, bad sevice and unsafe at the same time.

The hotel its self was pretty, the courtyard was nice.
room smelled like mildew which gave us a headache. Was accused of smoking in the rom which definitely did not happen. beds were hard pillows are flat. didn't care for the immediate area that it was located.

It was clean and reasonably close to the centre.
The 'King suite' has a small door onto a tiny patio. The 'patio' is at the bottom of a 3 or 4 storey light well that appears to be glassed in at the top. As far as we could tell most of the rooms have no access to fresh air. The room smelled and felt damp. Two small armchairs and a tiny table do not turn a small room into a suite. We checked out but had to pay for one night. I can't believe that other people staying there have not noticed the musty smell and lack of fresh air. The description completely misrepresents the room.
As others have said, it's not the smartest part of town. We moved to the NH, which is a modern big hotel that didn't smell and has valet parking under the building.

The location of this hotel was ideal. Just prior to the main historic square, we were able to pull over, check-in and have our car tucked into their garage (20mins away, It was all taken care of for us) within minutes.
The room sizes are grand, we had a comfortable seating area separate from the sleeping area with a large walk in shower room.
The rooms came with a large storage cupboard, with safe and a hand held steamer included. I was grateful of the steamer after a week backpacking!
We asked some recommendations from the staff, all were helpful and friendly, we received a voucher for the attached cafe and had our day organised.
A walk in either direction is a treat, we had three different adventures from the hotel, all by foot, fully accessible. A great spot.

The people at the reception were very professional and eager to help. The rooms very clean too. We enjoyed very much our stay as a family of four !

Beautiful space and half of the staff I dealt with were brilliant - helpful, friendly, and professional. Location was good.
The two staff members who greeted me on arrival were actively unwelcoming. On leaving, one of them called to book me a cab, after which the other decided flag one down in the street, bundle me in and take a tip from the driver. I should have refused.
The room smelt of bleach/damp cloths and there were no windows to open, and had a frosted glass window onto the staircase area with no curtain/blind so you couldn't get the room dark. I paid way over the odds because it was a bank holiday but it was really disappointing - primarily because of the terrible service from one person.

The breakfast at the property was really delicious, I highly recommend it
The place is nice and comfortable, and my only recommendation will be, it should have a ramp for the disabled costumers, the stairs to the rooms are a bit difficult for people with leg problems. Other than that, the place is beautiful. Thank you. I would recommend it

Beautiful room with exposed brick wall. The bed is comfortable. It is close to the square and lots of food options around.
I find the buildings next to the hotel are a bit sketchy. but overall, we still find it safe to stay and walking around there.

The room was really comfortable and I would stay here again. Our room was completely internal, with no windows, so it was very quiet which was lovely. The aircon provided air flow. It's in a great location, and has a cafe joined to it with good food, which is convenient.
Our stay was soured right at the end unfortunately. We decided to book a tour through the hotel rather than an online service like Trip Advisor. This was a mistake, and perhaps we were foolish tourists. It was very expensive and very poor. 2500 pesos for a tour of the archaeological site and two churches, in broken English. Not even the famous church on top of the hill.
The travel company is separate to the hotel, however they have some relationship, and the hotel should have communicated what would be involved. After complaining to the hotel, they did help arrange a driver to Atlixco, our next destination, through the travel company, but this was very small compensation compared to the amount wasted.
I recommend just getting an Uber to Cholula for 80 pesos each way and looking around yourself.

The location and price are very good. The hotel is cozy and has and amazing vibe. It also has a Spa and a restaurant with are very good. The rooms are clean and feel new.
Maybe the staff could have been a little bit more profesional and welcoming.
