It's all about the location.

It's all about the location which is excellent and there was a good view of the cathedral from our room balcony and the roof terrace bar. The lobby has a lot of charm as well. Our room was adequate for our needs. The staff was helpful.

The music at the bar/restaurant is a bit loud which precluded us from eating there. We could also hear it at night from our room but it didn't affect our ability to sleep.

Great location, cozy, authentic interior, big room.

Hot water wasn't switched on when we arrived, so first shower was cold. After complaint it was solved.

Location is very convenient - you are steps away from the cathedral and many eating options around you. The room is a good size with a nice view. Overall, this was a great location, very happy with our stay.

The hotel is well located. Closer to all the beautifull places that we visited

We had a meeting after 8pm with 4 people and the front lady ( we need a quiet place to talk) downstairs was perfect buy she told us the hotel do not have extra chairs. They used all the chairs upstairs at the bar. She refused to help us. We ended up walking to the Zocalo to find a place to talk.

We love the location. And the front person friendliness. I don't remember the name of the guy. He did our paperwork on the day that we check in. 😉 he was very friendly and helpful.

Location, the crew the skybar, nothing fashion, but you have everything, what you need. Unbeaten price. Would go back!!!

Location, Clean, great staff, Historic Colonial Building. Right in the center of Old Spanish Colonial PUEBLA. In front of Catedral. Excelent.

The bed, the shower, the location and the looks.

Staff called me twice at night to go sign paperwork, no breakfast or coffee, although, the first morning Alex brought us complimentary coffee to our room.

Hasta pronto Encanto!

Once again El Encanto delivered exceptional service and attention to detail. My 3rd and last stay while in Puebla and Mayra, Alex and Gabi took the time to personally come and sat good bye with a sweet surprise ! The tiramisu was delicious! Thank you guys !

El Encanto rocks

Encanto This is my second stay at El Encanto, my first review was in Spanish, I decided to write this second review in English for all international travelers thinking of coming to Puebla to consider staying at El Encanto. Puebla is a gorgeous city with lots of beautiful old buildings converted into boutique style hotels and inns, I have stayed in many of them, they all offer a variety amenities and facilities, but what sets El Encanto apart is the level of service I experienced, it’s unparalleled! The staff is friendly, attentive, professional and warmth, Special kudos to Mayra front desk manager, Alex front desk assistant and never forget Gaby in house keeping, thank you guys for another great stay where I felt with family. Don’t forget to check out their sky bar, it offers a great atmosphere best views! Cheers Mario

Superb

Very friendly staff. The place is really nice and location is excellent.

A few missing details like no soap bar for hand washing. Trash can was missing a plastic bag. Parking lot is not at the premises and even if there is one that works with the hotel, is only from 8pm yo 8am.
