Sehr zentral gelegen, viele Touren starten direkt nebenan.
Tolle Dachterrasse mit Ausblick über die Altstadt.

The property is really beautiful (if a little tired) and it has a stunning view over Quito. We also loved the location with nice cafes and restaurants nearby. We stayed in a few places in Quito and this was our favourite.
It’s a little worn in places but this is more than reflected in the price.

close to old town

The location worked well for our family of four for a very short stay in Quito. The view was spectacular at night and in the morning. it was within walking distance of some restaurants with some great views over the old city. Nearby were also great breakfast options. The owner was kind and great with the kids. For a budget option, we cannot complain and can recommend it.
Everything was fine.

Loved everything about the place. Very quite and in a good location
That it's very cold. There's no heating so when it's cold in Quito your room is freezing

location, very spacious. beautiful view from the outside the room terrace
poor kitchen equipment (two cups, two plates, one small pot). very old building, desperately need a renovation.

Staying in a traditional big house was a pretty cool experience. The location is close to the historic center and there’s plenty to do nearby. Ligia is always happy to help you get around and give advice.
Wi-Fi didn’t work so well on the upper floors. The room could become rather cold. The shower didn’t get as hot as I would like.

Great little property, comfy beds and lots of space with the two levels in each apartment.
Just a little noisy at night but it was Halloween so maybe it was a one off!

our host was extremely pleasant and accommodated the very late arrival of our group without issue.

The owner was super friendly and helpful even at the late hour when we arrivedy she tried to make sure we had everything to spend a good time there.
I would appreciate some kitchen utensils - a cup, a spoon or a kettle.

The hotel was right on the edge of a hill that overlooks the city. The view is beautiful and many people have to pay to climb towers to see the same view but we enjoyed it from our balcony. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very attentive and helpful.
The kitchen in the suite was not equipped with many dishes or pans. The local restaurants were so cheap and available that it wasn’t too big of an issue.

The owner was super nice and she made us a tasty breakfast. The view over Quito is great at night and day and we walked everywhere from there. Yes there are some hills around, but we enjoyed the exercise.

brilliant location around the corner from the secret garden hostel, 5 minute walk to basilica, quiet room and warm bed. good kitchen for cooking and having breakfast. hot shower. super friendly host. 100% recommended.
perhaps an automated welcome messaged once I’d of made the booking with a contact number of the host to make checking in and out easier

Ligia is truly wonderful and helpful even with my poor Spanish. Breakfast was delicious, the view from the balcony is great. There was plenty of space for us to relax and recharge. It’s also good walking distance from everything. Plus Ligia will help arrange transportation to and from the airport.
We would’ve loved more utensils and items to cook with, sadly the kitchen only had plates.

Very friendly welcome
Helpful manager
A lot of space in the apartment.
Nice inner yard with beautiful view.
Hot shower and good bathroom
Noisy due to a close street.
Many cars and motorcycles to hear.
Shouting dogs in neighborhood.
Furniture and equipment aren't well maintained.
Door locks are hard to use.

Everything was lovely, breakfast was yummy, and we had the perfect breakfast spot overlooking the city with an amazing view. We felt safe and cozy and it was quiet. The balcony and the open hallway to the rooms were beautiful - it had a historic flair! Our room was big and the beds were good quality and very comfortable. Ligia is an angel and was incredibly helpful. She even mailed our camera back to the states after we left it there!
It was hard to get the shower to stay at the right temperature.

Staff, View, and Location were amazing!
The main door was constantly stuck and hard to open.

The views of Quito from the hotel are amazing! The host was sweet and kind and helped us with all our requests. The room was spacious for 5 and the prívate bathroom was very nice.

The location is within easy walking distance of the historic centre but just far enough away to be quite and just elevated to have great views of the city. The room was big, clean and had great views and the hosts are happy and helpful. We found the breakfast to be great. This hotel was very well priced.
The bathroom is a bit dated but this is a minor issue as everything works as it should do!
