Location was lovely and 20 min walk into Stratford
Too many cob webs every where behind furniture and on ceilings. I know it was rustic but I am scared of spiders and it put me off to be honest. Also in the lounge kitchen of the barn was the main oak beam that you had to duck under back and forth and my partner banged his head numerous times and it was a chore really. The ice box in the fridge needed defrosting too as we could nt get the ice in at all .

A really very nice apartment, very cosy, all the facilities you need, and the owner had arrange a good array of food items ready for our stay, enough that we didn't have to rush to the shop. The owner, Jane, is a lovely lady who couldn't do enough for us. It is conveniently situated a short walk from the local public house and a couple of restaurants. Stratford itself is only a short drive as are other attractions in the area.
The only thing I could say was a problem, it is only a minor problem, is that there is a beam running across the room upstairs which I smacked my head on twice

We were met by the owner, who was lovely. She told us useful information about the area and places to visit. She had left some fruit, milk and a few basic essentials, including some delicious marmalade.
We enjoyed playing some of the records on the record player. The shower was large and good.
For us, the pillows were very hard and consequently sleep was poor. The cooking area was dark and we couldn't find a chopping board to prep food. We couldn't find a plug/bowl to wash up in the sink, although there was a dishwasher, it was a bit large for a few items. We really missed a microwave oven. The property was dusty and there were extensive cobwebs everywhere and spiders. The sofa was stained in several places, and was dirty in between the cushions. The windows were very dirty. We didn't really enjoy our stay and couldn't recommend it, as it felt a bit grubby. If it was cleaned thoroughly throughout , it would make a huge difference. The bathroom and toilet were clean, thankfully.

The little barn is very cosy and we had a lovely relaxing stay despite experiencing some awful weather.
Jane, our host was very welcoming and kind and helpful - giving us some excellent advice with regards local restaurants (literally just a five minute walk away) and interesting places to visit in the area. She also very kindly lent us a super large umbrella which was fab!
We had to remember to be careful of the low beam in the living room - a case of 'Duck or Grouse' ;)

It’s a perfect place to stay. Unfortunately we couldn’t extend our stay because the cottage was booked.
Everything was there for a lovely peaceful time. Owners are so helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
There was nothing we didn’t love.

the cosiness! it was so quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Stratford Upon Avon. it’s a 20 minute walk into town but in Tiddington Village there’s a supermarket, pub and other eating places.
maybe better lighting in the kitchen and instructions on how to operate the shower

Beautiful little slice of heaven a short pleasant walk from Stratford town centre. Lovely friendly host greeted us on arrival. Our favourite break away yet!
Nothing to report here!

A beautiful barn conversion, a rustic feel but with all the mod cons. A lovely bathroom with a big walk in shower, a definite bonus. Perfect for a work weary couple wanting to get away from it all. It was so peaceful and in a lovely setting. Jane was a lovely host,a great recommendation of Aladdins Indian restaurant.
We had no negative comments

Jane was a very welcoming host. Kitchen facilities great, plenty of room, cosy and private.
Floor in bedroom was a bit cold, maybe needs a rug. A microwave in the kitchen would be good also.

Excellent facilities and host :)
Maybe consider some type of warning/alert regarding the low structural beam bar!

It was my wife's birthday and there was a card and cake waiting for her when we arrived x
There is a low beam that I hit my head on a few times but apart from that fantastic.

We loved that the barn, it was cosy very clean and comfortable. It was well equipped and catered for all our needs. Jane the host was friendly and informative. Jane gave us some great ideas of things to do and see. We would highly recommend a nice barn which is lovely and peaceful in the evenings. You are just 20mins walk away to the town of Stratford apon Avon . Perfect for couples who want to chill and relax.
We couldn't fought the barn was everything we expected and more. A perfect retreat to recharge.

A very well situated apartment right next to the centre of Stratford upon avon, the host was extremely welcoming and although we did not manage to meet Jane kept us in the loop with what was available local and also with check out times and anything else we needed, the apartment was very clean and modern with some lovely finishing touches such as the record player and vinyls available, will definitely be coming back in the months to come

Nice barn conversion on outskirts of Stratford. Spacious accommodation. Basic breakfast ingredients left in fridge.
Our stay was for one night on one of the coldest days of the year, so the stone floors were challenging and the heating just about adequate, but we’ll happily return in warmer weather!

Location and accommodation were very good .The cottage was modern and very clean
Very minor complaints if any a few more cutlery items would not have gone amiss and some cushions on the couch but minor stuff really

1. The place is quiet, although close to Stratford.
2. The space is small but quite comfortable.
3. The lounge, kitchen and dining area is upstairs and has underfloor heating.
4. The shower is easy to operate.
5. The hosts left a bowl of fruit, and milk, tea, coffee sachets, jam, butter and muffins in the fridge, which was nice of them.
1. The beam which cuts across the upstairs space is very low. It is very easy to bash one's head on it, if of an average height. We sugggest hanging something on it to draw attention to it. Very easy to lift items out of the cupboard and forget it is there.
2. The first night was freezing downstairs and it was no pleasant surprise to find there was no hot water, either, well into the following day. We resisted the freezing shower and boiled water for the sink. However, the hosts assured us that this was unusual and that an engineer had been called. Our stay was much more pleasant once the host had fixed the problem.
3. We like to cook in self-catering apartments. We only found one frying pan which had a damaged surface, and one teatowel. There was nothing to wipe our hands on.
4. The small sofa was in need of a clean. There were some dirt stains on the cushions and an arm. We bought a throw to make it more comfortable during our stay.
5. We saw no instructions about how to use any of the appliances. We had some problems with the TV, though there was a wide choice of entertainment channels offered.
6. The freezer needed to be defrosted. There was a large build-up of ice waiting for us.

Nothing.

We arrived from Europe without a electrical outlet converter, and our hostess was able to find a solution for us. She had restaurant recommendations for all of our specific wishes. The home is beautiful, with elegant wooden furnishings, everything in perfect order. Very thoughtful and tasty breakfast foods, with premium espresso pods, pg tips tea, English muffins, butter and red fruit jam. Oh, and fresh fruit. Delicious and thoughtful. Would come again in a heartbeat, definitely a premium address!!
