温泉からのロケーションは良かった。

ロケーションは良かった。朝食もおいしかった。

温泉に入れる年齢が4歳からだったのが残念だった。ちょっと遅めにチェックインしたので、レストランがしまっていて残念だった。

酒店的车辆接送很便利风景非常非常非常的好空间非常大，榻榻米配上海景，很令人放松早饭的质量很不错，对得起价格

酒店接送的车辆没有单独放行李的空间，对于携带大件行李的游客不是很方便客房的wifi比较不稳定

非常に良い時間を過ごせた。

墓参りの度に過去10回以上利用させていただいています。温泉の施設はいつもの通り非常に良かった。

外国人の不快な利用者が目立った（体を洗わず温泉に入る。湯舟の中を波を立てて乱暴に歩き回る、大声で話す等）

大満足です。

部屋は古さは感じるけれど綺麗です。ロケーション最高。ベランダに縁側があり海を眺めながらビールで乾杯。夕食も朝食もとても美味しいです。美味しすぎて完食です。温泉もステキでした。温泉に化粧落としオイルがあるのでびっくりしました。

お部屋の広さ(和洋室) 畳部分もとても広く快適でした。

朝食はバイキングでしたが、夕食はバイキングではなく決められた和膳だった事。あまり量が食べられない方なので、好きな物を食べられるだけの方が私には有難い。

Relaxing onsen, ocean sound and great views

The hotel was fantastic with very nice staff. It seems most of the top floors come with great ocean views. Onsen was superb (3rd floor one). Very clean and you can get golf cart to visit some other facilities near by (ask reception). Check definitely the Deep Sea Spa nearby, great water quality (extra cost though, but worth the visit). Hope to visit again!

The morning buffee table was quite limited. Would have hoped hotel this size offers more option and variety. Would be nice to see more options or at least some degree of daily menu rotation. Also, it would be good if the pool area was open bit longer than 5PM. Could do some very nice things with this area, if bit more developed. None of these are deal breakers, but rather hopeful suggestions.

Exceptional

Amazing sea views of the bay from room (twin with Tatami). Easy to arrive via train to Izu Kogen then <10 min taxi (1200 yen). Onsen was amazing! 1 rooftop smaller pool + 1 bigger double pool, both in the main hotel. Then the annex building separate onsen was amazing (one open air large onsen pool with views of the bay, and 1 inside pool with sauna and various mineral baths). (free for guests and can use during the day after your checkout too)

The Onsen with Great Ocean View

The view was exceptional ( great ocean view ). Breakfast Buffet Line was enjoyable, there were a variety of foods to choose from. The Sake Tasting Set was very tasteful and added fun to the dinner experience.

The hotel was a tad bit too old.

Excellent ! Great view and great facilities

Excellent experience, a lot of facilities available either free of charge of with discount. We used the golf car to reach the nearby bowling, quite fun ! The room is large, with great view

The curtains are not blocking the sun in the morning. No shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, need to go the the public bath to get a shower.

Very large and comfortable rooms with a lot of amenities. Great view from the onsens.

Not particularly convenient to get to from train station; especially with luggage.

Paradise! I’d definitely go back! So much to do at the hotel and it’s a 45 min drive from Shirahama beach!

I love the view from my room, the pool, the onsen etc. I like that the hotel loaned us a golf cart to go to bowling, (since it’s a bit far from the main building). That was fun. The buffet breakfast was good too!

They didn’t have bath soap, shampoo and conditioner in the rooms. You have to ask them if you want to take a shower in your room. The hotel has a lot of onsen where you can take a bath, but I didn’t want to use the onsen everyday so just wanted to shower in my bathroom. Anyway they were nice to loan me those so it’s not a big minus.

Total relaxation with fantastic views!

The many different onsen with the views are divine. We could hear the waves of the ocean from our terrace. The location is very quiet and we found some lovely walking paths in the area. It’s not easy to find an onsen resort that allows tattoos; I really appreciate the open-mindedness of this fabulous resort. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We liked how quiet the location was, but really there is nothing close by. The nearest supermarket was about an hour walk away. Bring your own snacks!

the facility. it has only 2 elevator. 1 is from the main building and 2 is from the extension building which was our room located. you have to walk long way to go in the extension building.

nice but not a good value at weekend rates

the onsen. spacious and quiet room. free coffee in the morning.

the elevator. only one available to the lobby from our floor so often had to wait a long time. ended up taking stairs. beds and pillows were too hard. our room 209 had no view of the sea. toilet flush was too loud. lobby doesn’t seem like hotel lobby. was this a condominium before? facilities spread out and inconvenient. bowling alley, fitness room, pool spa are in other buildings a hike away.
