It was really clean in an amazing position in the city center!

I have only ever stayed in hotels in Aix and this is the first time I have stayed in this type of accommodation for a week. The well-designed rooms are cosy and the space is small but useful, with a bed that can be stored in the wall and a loft space. The location is very good. The layout of the bathrooms is a little unusual, but once you get used to it, it is not a problem. Women may need a shower cap as the shower head is only directly overhead (the angle of the head can be changed, but only tall people can reach it). The air conditioning works well. There is a bakery in the neighbourhood a few minutes' walk away that opens in the morning and offers good croissants.
I thought it would have been better to check the working of the facilities and linen a bit more before check-in, as there were four things that bothered us, in particular the inability to use the washing machine in this place where we can't hang your clothes outside, which was quite annoying. The owner offered to do our laundry for us, but we didn't feel like leaving our sweaty underwear etc. ....... If not for that, I thought it was one of the better accommodation of this type in Europe, even from a Japanese point of view, where the level of service in accommodation is generally high (although the price is a bit high).

LOCATION.
Incredibly small... although quite stylish. Unfortunately the room was damp and cold. The owner was aware of the problem and offered us a new room in the building but we had already booked other accommodation. He suggested a refund, but was difficult to communicate with and refund was never given.

Perfect location!
A bit smaller than expected

For those without a car, the location could not be better. Despite being small, the studio space was very well used, with many cabinets and various equipment. TV with diversity of channels. Good shower, great bed and tasteful decoration. Good communication with the establishment. The photos are faithful to the place. In my opinion, it is the ideal choice for couples with stay time of up to five days – I can’t say about parking, thought. Good value for money.
The bathroom is undoubtedly the main downside. The shower is right at the entrance, so the floor is often wet. I missed a squeegee or vacuumed water for maintenance – if it had, I didn't find it. There's a window in the bathroom, but I think it was locked because it was impossible to open it. I also missed more lighting.

location perfect, off Coeur Mirabeau, within walking to everything. This is the main attraction of the property. Also very well designed for such a small space.
Street noise at night is pretty intense and right outside the window. But building security is very good! Lots of logistics with codes to figure out, inc the parking garage. But once we got it down it was fine.
