Great location in the heart of the Cours Mirabeau Close to all the sights and walking distance from the railway station.
Beautiful flat at the top of an old building. All mod cons provided.
The coffee machine seemed to clog up and not provide much output!
4.5
Lovely stylish spacious apartment in historic building. Well-equipped kitchen, 2 toilets, air condtioning, pleasant quiet situation at the back of the building
It is important to be aware that there is no lift and the apartment is on the 3rd (top) floor,. Ease of access up a beautuful internal staircase depends on your fitness and amount of luggage.

Great central location - walking distance to everything!
4.0
Excellent location and very clean, well equipped apartment. Very quiet despite the location making it excellent for sleeping.
The climb to the third floor was certainly challenging and would prove difficult for some people. The sloping, low ceilings made moving around difficult in some rooms. The coffee machine provided required special pods and it would have been good to have been provided with some to show us what was required. As it was we did not use the machine. Only one towel and no hand towel per person and rather rough bedding.
3.0
the location is wonderful, on cours mirabeau
the bed is comfy
good amenities
no lift, with three steep flights of stairs, if you have heavy bags, not a great idea
the ceilings are low, I knocked my head a few times on the ceiling beams
not enough toilet paper provided
checkout requires taking your trash out the building without very clear instructions. also the check out instructions state stripping all laundry.
4.5
Great location! comfy bed and everything was clean.
bit of a cumbersome checkin process- you have to set up an account with a different website and communicate credit card details.
Would have appreciated a few coffee pads for the machine provided for the first morning
5.0
dream location especially for someone who enjoys being in the heart of beautiful Aix.
Tried to resolve issue with the safe asking about it a few times. however never got a respond about it until the last day. a couple of small things as well that were discussed with Melanie at check out time

The worst experience ever
They claime money without logic
I got charged with thier opinoon only thru agency
(About some parts already broken when I arrived and some parts hiddqn behind ragiator)
There is no way to take money back because
U registered ur card for deposit
And Money out automatically with one email suddenly! No time for process or discussion
Really bad

Very well-furnished apartment with full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and bathroom with large shower and two sinks. Additionally stacked washer/dryer were a bonus. Location is excellent, on the central avenue of the old city, with many restaurants and shops nearby and outdoor market in front of the building on our day of arrival.
I apparently missed an email or it went to my junk folder, regarding access to the building and check-in. No one met us at the building and the contact on the reservation did not answer the phone or text back for over an hour. We used Booking.com customer service who also tried contacting and eventually we were directed to a website, wherein you enter your reservation number to start check-in. It did not accept our reservation number initially, but eventually I discovered to use only the numbers and not include the periods in the reservation numbers. One then had to create a swickly account, which billed a $300 deposit and our occupancy tax. Eventually we were provided emailed instructions of how to access the building and a code for the lock box with the key and building fob. There is no parking in the near vicinity, but there is a good city garage about 5 blocks away ($25/day). The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator. Although the apartment is well-designed overall, the commode is in a small room off of the entry/kitchen. The commode room door lock catches and my husband got locked in the toilet room. The ceiling of the apartment has attractive large wooden log beams, but slants down such that it is easy to hit your head in areas. The windows are small and have decorative bars (and no exit). Of biggest concern is that there was only one key to the unit and there is no doorknob on the door, rather you have to use the key to open the door, which latches locked when closed. We were traveling with our adult son, who went out in the evening and needed the key fob to re-enter the building, so we were locked in our unit with no ability to exit in event of an emergency or fire until he returned. There was only one smoke detector in the unit. Unit requires that one strip the bed linens, take out garbage, and start dishwasher, or you will be charged. No toiletries were provided and checkout was by 11am.

Central location. Clean.
Lots of stairs! Only 1 toilet roll provided and only 4 towels- no hand towels. Low ceiling heights.

The location is good. But the apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator. We each have 1 large luggage with us because we are on a 21 days europe tour. Getting our luggage up without help was a nightmare.
It would have been better if the host answer my questions. When we arrived I sent her some inquiries but never return my text. We came from a 3 days Santorini trip and our host there was so nice and even arranged someone to meet us to carry our luggage. We don't mind paying extra.

the location was great and it was very clean.
it was not mentioned that there is no elevator up to the 3th floor. With luggage it was too much.

We had such a good stay in this apartment. the location in Aix was amazing. Everything was as described on the website. It was very clean and comfortable. A/c worked well. We couldn’t have been happier staying here and if we come back to Aix will definitely try to stay here again. It makes it so easy to visit the old town, shop, eat and be back at the apartment quickly.
We had a little trouble with the WI-FI on the second day but communication with the owner quickly resolved the problem.

Location is excellent. Its right in the middle of all attractions. The hosts were extremely understanding and honored our booking when we couldn't attend due to the covid restrictions.
A review of the equipment, for instance no bread knife. The apartment was very clean and tidy but the
duvet covers were full of creases and should be ironed , this is only a small matter but would make a big difference to the aesthetic of the bedrooms.

Very spacious. Excellent location. Host had excellent communication.
Beds were a little hard for my tastes, but they might be perfect to someone else.
4.0
Location is perfect, beds are comfortable. TV in every room
very low ceiling, no personal contact while check in and out, no coffee for coffee machine,

Perfect location. Our apartment was not made when we came, but we got three maids in between the next hour who fixed everything.
Second room was still hot even with ventilator. AC only in one room. Bad smell in the stairway.

Lovely apartment in a building with historic Aix character. Very central, right in the heart of the old centre of town. On the Cours Mirabeau so very close to restaurants, shops and cafes, though the apartment itself is very quiet. The beds are extremely comfortable!

Perfect location to visit the city. The apartment is clean and well equipped. AC is a useful during summer. Bathroom is spacious and clean.
Indication to get to the appartement and get the keys are quiet clear.
