The Coach House was beautiful & the location private & peaceful, the perfect base for touring the area. The cottage was beautiful, very tastefully decorated & spotlessly clean, Sara really had thought of everything. The welcome hamper was incredibly thoughtful, homemade cake & coffee on arrival, plus croissants & coffee for breakfast…. what more could you ask 👍🏻😃 looking forward to our next visit already!

The hosts sorted out a mix up with booking.com very swiftly, bringing us the extra bedding we needed which was much appreciated. Very close to a fabulous pub restaurant and super close to Sandringham. Off the main roads which was nice and quiet. Had everything we needed in the lovely kitchen, dishwasher if you needed it, lots of crockery and cutlery etc and the coffee and cakes on arrival was a lovely touch.
A bit cramped for 3 adults in one room but just as somewhere to lay our head for a couple of nights it was fine. I would suggest just 2 adults or 2 adults and a child would be much more comfortable. Again, this was due to a mix up with booking.com as I booked for 3 adults but this info wasn't passed on to our hosts.
Manoeuvring into the narrow driveway with a big car and in the dark (as no lighting) took a bit of practice:) You definitely need to reverse in!

Beautiful location in quiet area in close reach of fabulous beaches and great pubs for food and drink
Our only concern was that the owner may have a leak in shower as floor felt a bit soft, otherwise excellent property

Nice property in a good area for exploring north Norfolk. Easy access with key safe & handy essentials left for us with some added treats too. Good patio with bbq & chimineer for relaxing in a quiet spot
Narrow country roads

Everything. The property is bigger than it looks in the photos. The garden is very private and quiet and we loved sitting outside. Thank you for the welcome pack and the cakes. A wonderful place to stay and the area has so much to offer.
The house was very clean and Covid safety was adhered to meticulously. We will definitely return.
This was not a problem for us but may be an issue for others. The WiFi was not very strong and we found it impossible to get on to the internet.

Tranquil location, the weather was so good we had breakfast on the patio listening to the birds and the silence. The hosts had provided a welcome pack of cakes, coffee and milk.
Also, the Anvil Inn a 2-minute walk up the road offered an excellent choice of meals, Sunday carvery and gluten-free choices with very helpful staff.
As it was mid-June and I am a very light sleeper, it was light from 03:30 and there was no blind on the velux-style ceiling window, which meant I was awake very early most days.

Super property, completely self contained and well equipped. The welcome cakes were much appreciated and so nice to have a pint of milk and te making items so we could sit in the sunshine and relax.

Location was really exceptional. We wanted a country feel and it was exactly as described!
Facilities and accommodation was lovely, with a unexpected starter pack of coffee, croissants, butter, jam and to crown it all, brownies!
We especially liked the outside seating area, with the chiminea to take the edge off the cool nights. A sun trap in the day as well.
Having to go home!

The home-made cakes and breakfast croissants, jam, butter, milk and coffee on arrival are a welcome touch. The cottage is very clean, with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
