A very pleasant stay in a fab city.

Just far enough from city centre to be away from noise, but only a short walk. Each member of staff which I spoke to, on phone and in person, was very helpful and friendly. The apartments were well equipped, and noise from other rooms wasn't a problem, apart from occasional slamming of doors.

A better light over a mirror as impossible for applying make up. A USB socket would have been useful.

We were delighted with the apartment and the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Will return.

Loved our stay. Central but just outside busy/noisy areas.

Friendly helpful receptionist. Fab 2 bed duplex type apartment perfect for us. Everything we needed for a weekend inc few toiletries and coffee/water on arrival. Handy location just off centre 5/10 min walk to most busy areas.

Parking was convenient on site (£17 per day) but be warned very tight swings and only one lane in and out. Could prove to be interesting if had to pass anybody. also it is allocated 4 floors below ground. Glad we didn't need to use car once parked😀 Other than that minor niggle....high windows with vertical blinds....ours slats kept falling down. Think some of the clips were broken...so we could not open/close as wanted..... Also our apartment was very warm especially as windows don't open...so used the aircon in living room to cool and leave bedroom door open too ...

Location to city centre. Private parking.

Beds were very uncomfortable- could feel springs. Decor and finishing was tired and needed refreshing and tightening up.

Brilliant city centre accommodation - much better than a hotel room!

Staff were fabulous - very friendly and welcoming. Apartment was great - clean and comfortable and great value for money.

Car park was tricky to navigate round as very narrow with pillars and same way in and out so difficult when you meet another car.

Perfect location and facilities

It was spacious, clean and in a wonderful location with a beautiful view of the cathedral. It had excellent facilities which made our stay as a family perfect.

The doors automatically close in each room which was annoying with young children

It was a good spot but needs a deep clean

Good space, easy to access and 2 bathrooms was good for 4 girls. There was Tea, coffee, milk provided

One room was was an awkward size so the wardrobe was practically touching the corner of the bed so difficult to go around. A smell of mustiness in the rooms, carpets need cleaning thoroughly. Some cutlery was dirty and put back in the drawers

Handy, but atrocious treatment

The apartment and location was great!

The check in experience was awful. First of all there was no one at the building. I contacted the number on the door. When I explained that I hadn't received an email with instructions, I was abruptly told that I had. I checked my email whilst on the phone and confirmed I hadn't. At this point the girl on the phone started to talk over me and say how she'd have to run out to her car and get her lap top. After hanging up, a few minutes later I finally got a text with codes. Further to this experience, one of our party (my sister) arrived earlier than us and was spoken to in an ridiculous manner, before being left to stand outside two hours, waiting for us to arrive. These situations can happen, but the attitude and manner from this member of staff was completely out of order!

Good location for those happy to walk 10-15mins to tourist sites

Staff were friendly and very helpful - reallocating one room so we were next door to each other (group of 6 traveling together). Location was good for walking to main tourist sites in town. Beds comfortable though rooms are a bit too small to fit suitcase and walk around bed.

Washing machine good but would have liked a single serve laundry liquid/powder pod along similar lines to coffee sachets. Rooms looking a little tired but clean and functional.

Very family friendly

Location was excellent, very accessible To the city. Much bigger apartment than we expected.

Quite a noisy area during the night despite not been in a busy part of town.

The washing machine was dirty and not a drier unfortunately. There was only one bowl for three of us Probably need to check these things regularly. Floor needed a good mop. Cloth was very dirty when I wiped up some milk

All good. Clean apartment, great location and a pleasant stay overall.

A good quiet location just a few minutes walk to the centre of Liverpool. Apartment was spotless. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Had a bit of trouble with the shower, the tap was very stiff and the shaving light didn't work. There was a cigarette smokey smell in the apartment on arrival.

the accommodation was perfect! right by the city center, shops for essentials right on the corner, it was really clean, quiet and homely I would 100% recommend these apartments! I will 100% be back this year and next year! thank you so much to Kelly for all your help and checking us in and out, making sure we had everything we need and helped us with taxis she was amazing! thank you for letting us stay and we can not wait to come stay again very soon!! xx
