We would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The owners were very polite and friendly we all felt at ease. They couldn’t do enough for us. They offered us their parking space but we had already found one. There are spaces on the property. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and there was plenty to choose from. Maddy was especially kind and patient to our 11 year old grandsons and myself as we struggle with food. The hotel was peaceful clean and was situated near the bus stop on the seafront. There is a shop nearby.

Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Very clean and comfortable. I liked the small double rooms available for single occupants, that’s unusual and appreciated. It’s good value and an easy distance from the town Centre without being too close to the nightlife.

Really attentive hosts & nothing was too much trouble. Good choice of breakfast, clean and tidy room & whole place had a homely feel. Really good value for money. Took my 6 year old great niece away for our 1st holiday. In Sienna-Mae's words " I love it here, when can we come back"

Great stay, Maddie and John were lovely and very welcoming. Best English breakfast we’ve had, you can forget about lunch

The property is in a great location straight across from the tram line to take you down the promenade to where ever you choose to go, very welcoming hosts were Maddie and John. Great comfortable rooms and even better breakfast. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Blackpool, very accommodating for both couples and families . Would definitely stay again when visiting Blackpool

The owners Maddie and John were very welcoming making the stay at the Rowan really enjoyable. John's tasty English breakfast was excellent and sets you up nicely for a day in Blackpool! The hotel has a nice bar area which John sets up for karaoke in an evening where anyone is welcome to sing or in my case try to sing! The room was ideal and had all the amenities that you could ask for. The location was ideal too as there was parking all around hotel and the handy tram service into Blackpool is just a minute's walk away. All in all a great weekend away!

Super great smashing

The Rowan hotel was fantastic the hosts John and Maddie were lovely very welcoming the breakfast was out of this world 9 items plus toast cereal we wouldn't hesitate to go back when we visit Blackpool again the Rowan was in the quieter area but a few steps away was the tram and bus stops to take you into the town

Couldn't of asked for anything more they were always more than happy to help even to taking suitcases to the car leaving very friendly and always putting the visitors first very happy felt safe an happy to go again

Really comfortable, welcoming friendly hosts and a simply outstanding breakfast for the addition £3.50

I stayed at this hotel for leisure and the room was extremely comfortable, John and Maddie were very welcoming and the breakfast was absolutely outstanding and I’ve stayed all over the country!! 10/10 for me for value for money and please please invest the £3.50 for the breakfast option because you will not be disappointed……. 👍🏻👍🏻

The Rowan Hotel is run by a wonderful family, and I couldn't recommend it more!

The staff are all so lovely and welcoming! They couldn't be happier to help you out in any way possible and make sure that you're comfortable in your rooms. You're practically on top of the tram tracks with only a one minute walk, and there's a couple of cafés only a two minute walk away if you'd prefer.

Neither my partner or I have anything negative to say about staying here.

This was a home from home- Nothing was too much trouble for Maddie and John-The breakfast was exceptional-set us up for the day- tram at the end of the road and your at the tower in 5 minutes-A tip for anyone booking look up the Rowan hotel and ring them direct to book- Your a name here not a number- Will be back soon.

Fantastic hosts. Fantastic breakfast and fantastic value for money !

John and Maddie were the consummate hosts. Very welcoming and friendly. Great value for money and we would certainly return there if visting Blackpool again in the future The breakfast was absolutely superb including Haggis and Black pudding. Completely set you up for the day and to boot Maddie had memorised everyone's name and breakfast preferences - bit of an art that but really made the service very personable and warm.

The shower was a little difficult to set to the right temperature but once we found the optimum point we did not touch it again ! Seagulls can be very noisy especially if opening the window at night

Very comfy quiet and pleasant apart from sea gulls but it's the sea side lol

The hosts were great couldn't do enough for us . Breakfast was good and served quickly with a smile. Room was as I expected bed very comfy.

No real down points everything above expectations for price.

Perfect for our needs.

Warm welcome, comfy beds and a great breakfast. What more could you want from a Blackpool guest house? Oh yeah, they even have a well stocked bar and football on the tellybox!

Great value for money

John and maddie were a lovely couple. .catered for all types of couples and families situations . New everyone first name . Made you feel special and important and not just a guest. Place was immaculate no faults. Great breakfast recommend Peter and Cathy

Value for money great breakfast friendly host.

The food was excellent. Very friendly host. Will definitely stay again. Very adequate room with tea coffee facilities. Tv, hair dryer even complimentary drinks for the children. Very genuine people.
