Great stay for passing through. Covered the basics for good price.

Has the basics required for a night. Loved the convenience of the pub below.

On of the best value for money places I have stayed in . The room and private bathroom were very clean , the bed was very comfortable . No noise from the bar below and the food from the menu was great . Its a very nice area of Launceston and there is a Coles and Woolworths nearby , plus some good coffee shops and other food options . Very safe location.

Affordable and good bed, no microwave but fridge available.

Comfy bed, had fresh towels provided after 2 nights, mini fridge available. Good location and parking available.

Old carpet, bags made entrance hard to get into. A bit musky.

Convenient

Because it is city central, parking is horrendous. There is little on site parking, and that is taken all day and most of the evening and the street parking is timed. I managed because I arrived on a Saturday afternoon when the parking inspectors would have finished already.

It was affordable and had a bar on floor level

The vibe when you walk through the front door. I had a few elderly men stare at me the whole time I was checking in and then when I was shown my room they were showing another guest his. Being a solo traveller I didn't really like the other person knowing which room I was in.

Great place to stay

Exceptional place to stay. Your own room, own bathroom even if it isn't an ensuite room. Clean comfortable beds and respectable service. Shout out to the cleaners for they do a great job. Unlike many other places in Launceston. Only drawbacks are a little cold sometimes, perhaps best to have softer warmer blanket options or heaters and some doors are sticky and hard to shut easily. Fantastic location and great cosy street views. Highly recommended for accommodation in Launceston. Will be returning often for my business and personal trips. It's a great place for both. Even has down stairs bar and restaurant options.

A little cold may be good to have alternative heating options or blankets (the one there was dusty and itchy not helpful to me)

Very good and easy area go around ! Very good pub food good price! Staff very friendly

House mate should come very day to clean the room and fresh towels! What is normal ! Doesn't matter what there room price is!

no bar fridge. lots of street lights through windows. old carpet. shower pressure was low. no shampoo conditioner. only one towel each. no face washer’s.

Wasn't quite what we expected but very happy with our accommodation.

Staff very good an obliging. Meals were excellent. Manager for that nite was awesome.

The stairs. Not wide enough to carry luggage. Overnight is ok but when your moving on from there not so good with large suitcases.

Not a good choice if you are not a great sleeper. And you like a bit fresh air and good smell of the room.

convenient location. Ensuite.

so noisy with the busy traffic and pub down stairs. room was so bright in the morning. hard to sleep. Ventilation was bad. open windows only gets vehicle exhaust. Room smell stuffy. Some staff weren’t that nice and helpful.

great place to stay and cheap

sporties was easy to find. close to hospital. very clean, bed great. great bar and food was outstanding.

The only thing was the rooms were upstairs and the bathroom wasn’t in your room, but down the hall. did have your own bathroom though.
