Overall great stay.

Reception, and staff helpfulness was great. Dealt with issues on check out well. Room was fantastic - size, comfort, bathroom, view, great natural light.

TV would not work properly for the time we were in the room. Breakfast menu was a little too fancy, and over priced.

The overall experience was excellent and far exceeded out expectations.

The accommodation was excellent. The room was part of the old silo and the conversion to a modern hotel room was quite amazing. Breakfast was included in the room rate and also exceeded expectations. We dined in the "Grain" restaurant and the food was excellent.

There was nothing that disappointed us. We were most grateful to have had the privilege to stay at such a fine property

very comfortable and relaxing and the cafe was great for breakfast

The room was spacious with a nice view. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The block out curtains were great and i actually got to sleep in. The room was very clean and I would happily stay again.

the noise of the bathroom fan left on late at night in next room. no other complaints

Superb

The room was clean, warm and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and Archie the reception dog just made my check out memorable.

The tv in my room didn’t work, but I also didn’t have much spare time to watch it so not really a big deal.

We would stay here again if in Launcestom

Great view and location with lots of choice in local restaurants, room service was very efficient we ordered cocktails and dessert. Breakfast was included and was delicious!

we booked for 3 adults and the third adult had to sleep on a steel fold up bed it was terrible and it should of been a real bed for the price and hotel rating

nice and comfortable stay, the view are enjoyable

great location, good size rooms

My only feedback is on the breakfast menu it is very limited and not flexible for simple tastes, like bread choices and we would of like fruit to be available. my husband would of enjoyed a big breakfast and as the weather was cold porridge would have been a good addition to the menu

The staff were SO friendly they were very very helpful especially at Reception. Never have we stayed at a hotel where ALL the staff were so lovely.

Great Stay

Room was large and well appointed, views over the Tamar River were beautiful, bed was very comfortable, parling was available for a fee of in the parking undercover area on in front or hotel. restaurant provided an excellent dinner and in room dining. Breakfast was the best - no buffet here your breakfast selection is prepared for you in the kitchen area and was excellent.

The hotel was excellent only disappointment was leaving.
