Great location, spacious and stylish room, comfy bed, clean. No manned reception but effortless check-in and carpark available. Charity.
My kids were shaken a little with the dark spooky hallway and the big face artwork on the wall but felt better after being used to it.

The vibe was really cool, most comfortable beds ever.

El alojamiento cumplía con todos los requisitos que tenía en la página.
La entrada era un poco difícil ya que tocaba subir escaleras para ir a las habitaciones.

Very clean, contemporary accommodation. Modern feel, with everything you need. Amazing service from staff, even though there’s no staff at the actual hotel. I had to call several times (mainly regarding special requests) and was delighted with the friendly service I received.
Highly recommend this place, especially knowing that 20% of the fee supports young people at risk.

Reception-free hotel, check in electronically via keypads. Info sent regarding the booking was detailed and accurate. It was great to walk out of the apartment and not have to think about whether or not we had a room key.
Paid secure parking arranged just after booking was reasonable value at $30 for two nights.
Two bedroom courtyard apartment had a good amount of space and was better than the photos look. The downstairs living area has an airy, open feel especially when the double sliding glass doors are opened.
Kitchen is reasonably equipped
Full laundry in the apartment with washer/dryer combo and tonnes of space
Beds were super comfortable
The vibe here while slightly creepy is cool.
TV has Google built in. Connect to the Wi-Fi and cast anything to the TV.
We only stayed two nights and we should have stayed longer.

Everything
Stayed here probably 4 times since the place opened. Great place but maybe the black in the hallway needs a paint. Lots of scuff marks etc.

Everything was brilliant, beds, space, kitchen, bathroom.
carpark was tight - nothing serious

Location was good. Close to City Park where we visited Festivale.
The apartment was clean and tidy.
The keypad to enter and exit car park was not very user friendly. I found the hallway very dark and creepy.
The bathrooms in the apartment were so dark you couldn’t couldn’t see anything due to poor lighting.

The change hotel was a superb place to stay in Launceston. Central and close to everything. We did not have a vehicle and walked just about everywhere. Also liked that we could call the staff to assist with a later check out.
Everything was basically spot on, only thing I would like to see improve is to have privacy blinds as well as the block out blinds. That way the people from the adjoining building cannot look into the bedrooms and still have daylight filtering through into the room.
The last night our neighbours were talking the whole night (group of 8), we had to close the windows to reduce the noise. The way the courtyards are situated does increase the sound travelling up instead of out. Maybe enforce stricter rules on noice.

Bed was super comfy. Property was very clean. Had everything we needed. Location was great. Reception was extremely helpful, pleasant and accomodating. Would definately stay again.

My room was just lovely. Great outlook. Had a big outside area to sit and watch the sun go down.
No reception area. Front door area not a pleasant first experience to the hotel. Black corridors bit creepy. Had numerous issues with the room access number. In the end I had 4 access numbers as options to use. Very frustrating. Was offered a freeby from the mini bar as an apology for all the mucking around though.

It was like home away from home, comfy, spacious and just all round exceptional

Location, ease of access, car park, modern feel
No toilets downstairs, and stairs required to get to each bedroom which was a little annoying

Pleasantly surprised by how spacious the apartment was :-)
A TV in the bedroom would have made my stay perfect, I just used my ipad to stream a movie instead :-)

Wonderful stylish 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Great facilities & location. Good value for money. Very clean. Loved the concept of some of cost going to charity. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others visiting Launceston.
Nothing at all.

Great location in the centre of Launceston. The property was tidy and match the photos and description we found on Booking. Spacious living room and bedrooms, comfy beds. To our surprise, the quality of the supplied cookware was quite good. Would come back if visit Launceston again.
We tried to book a parking space for our SUV but was told the parking are for small cars only. At the day we stayed we found some vacant, on-site parking lots which are large enough for our SUV. Although street parking and public parking are available around the property, it wasn't a pleasant experience to wheel 4 luggages while carrying bags, crossing the road while raining. The instruction to find and use the elevator from the entrance was unclear. The elevator was slow like Flash from Zootopia

The apartment was centrally located in Launceston so that we could walk to parks, restaurants, cafes etc. The bed was exceptionally comfy (an unexpected bonus!) and everything was very clean and well maintained.
I particularly liked the ethos of the property in terms of sustainability and supporting worthy humanitarian causes - a unique model!
The hallway to the apartment was painted black and a bit gloomy and there were recordings of city street noises etc. (which I assume evoked the human suppression relative to some of the causes) but my husband found it a bit weird & spooky! I feel the same message regarding supporting the causes the hotel donates to could have been represented by a bright colour palate equally as well as a dark one (i.e people who choose to stay feel bright and happy for having made a difference?).

The bathroom - very dark and the basin/taps are difficult to use. The spout is too close to the basin and the basin has a large chip on it

Good location, clean, and comfortable beds.
Our apartment wasn’t child/toddler friendly. Unaware that there were stairs in the unit. Also lots of street noise.

The location, secure parking, wifi and apartment were all great. Beds were comfortable, showers, washer/dryer and kitchen facilities were handy.
Nothing we didn’t like, however: the covers on the main bed need to be thoroughly washed due to suspicious stains from a previous guest, only discovered in the daylight! Also, the detergent dispenser in the dishwasher wouldn’t close properly.
