Very comfortable, clean room. Would certainly stay again.

Comfortable bed, had a really sound sleep.

TV channels not working. Arrived late, so nobody available to remedy the problem, not a massive problem, just a bit of a pain.

Very amused with the place it’s

I very much enjoyed my stay as it was the same room as before room 5 and where the b&b is situated is very good .

I didn’t like the bed as I am 6ft4 and my feet were clearly hanging out the bottom lol . But I very much enjoyed my stay .

Good value for money given price of alternative accommodation. Would use again in future.

Close location to Dyce Rail is handy for an overnight stay before travelling offshore to work.

Not having a toilet in the room however for £45 this cannot be expected. The accommodation was apt for a one-night stay.

Convenient location. Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Breakfast is perfect for a quick bite before heading out. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Shared bathroom and toilet facilities - not a real issue, and the facilities are adequate.

Great location for train station and heliport.

When I came back to my room in the morning after going out to get breakfast, I returned to find that my room was unlocked, door open despite my laptop and bags sitting there in the room. Also when I woke up in the morning there was a guy standing out in the car park with a clear view into my room through the basement type window above wardrobe. This window should have a curatin.

One night stay.

The bed was comfy. It was good there was a microwave, plates & cutlery & a sink in the room. The key for my room was there waiting for me on a table in the property when I checked in. Having Wifi which was working.

The tv barely worked. Only a couple of tv channels were avail. It was impossible to watch any tv programmes due to the signal which crackled very loudly, the picture was severely fuzzy, had severe interference & went in and out all the time. I turned off the tv & a few mins later I turned it back on but it still didn't sort these issues with the signal. The weather was dry so I don't know what was causing the severe issues with the tv. I'd wanted to watch some tv during my stay so I was very disappointed that I couldn't due to the issues I've mentioned above. The toilet & the shower room being in 2 separate rooms. The shower room being down a number of stairs away from my room & from the toilet. I'd have preferred the toilet & shower to be in the same room nearer to my room. It was a bit noisy later at night due to the volume which came from some people at a nearby pub who were singing & speaking loudly outside. It took me a while to get to sleep due to this. I didn't see any staff during my stay so I can't rate how the staff were.

Highly Recommended for Airport, Arena and visiting Aberdeen City.

Location right next to Dyce Railway Station. Short distance from Airport and the Arena. Help yourself breakfast and pub right next door with good quality food. Shared bathrooms were great and plentiful. Ones with just toilet and sink and others with showers, toilet and sink.

The room I was in, the heating dial was knocked off the radiator so I wasn't able to put the heating up. (Room 9)

Instructions for entry were clear and timely. The location . And comments in next box are said mindful of very reasonable cost.

Broken curtain rail. Damp in one corner (was in one of the lower floor rooms).

Cheep and cheerful, but good value for money.

The location was excellent for commuting. Breakfast was from very early to 10am.
