Great spot and gorgeous place to stay

Very clean beautifully decorated.

The only issue we had was the one toilet as a group of 9

If you're going for a night out with pals this is a great well-equipped, cean, central choice!

Great location. Very central. Very close to car park.

One bathroom and toilet for 6 of us was a slight challenge when everyone needed the loo at the same time in the morning!!!!

Cold and unwelcoming

Location

Cold the log fire in the lounge said do not use health & safety!!! Should have got it sorted. Didn't want to spend any time in the place. Beds were small singles very uncomfortable. Said there was parking yes a car park at the end of the road. Booked for 4 but 5 of us went. I let them know out of courtesy AND they charged another £40 even though when I looked on booking.com it was the same price for 4 or 5.

The location was central but there was a terrible row between a couple around 2am right outside the back of the house, just one of those things so not our hosts fault but it spoilt our nights sleep. Also, there were no instructions for the internet or TV. I think Netflix should be set up and included in the price we paid. Plus, the floors weren’t properly swept in the living room and the paintwork/skirting’s etc need repainting. Finally, I had to use the washing machine and the pipe wasn’t connected under the sink so water flooded everywhere inside the cupboard and on the floor!!!

Great location for city centre.

Location was great as you are a few minutes walk into the city centre. Key code entry was easy to use. House was set out ok. Bedding and towels were clean

A bigger fridge is needed (we were 8 people) Not enough glasses for drinks of same kind. House would benefit from a bigger shower/bathroom. One toilet isn't enough for 8 guests! Spiders & cobwebs in every room ( needs a deep clean!) Plates in the kitchen were dirty, glad we had taken paper plates to use! Outside bin would benefit from being emptied more as we couldn't fit our rubbish in it. We had a problem with the bathroom tap, someone came out to fix it but by the end of the day it was still extremely hot and we were unable to use it so we were using the tap on the bath! Shower is very small. Bins are needed in each bedroom. There was only 1 bin & that was in the bathroom.

Didn’t live up to expectations.

Location. Well equipped.

The property is in need of refurbishment. Lino in the kitchen was ripped. Couldn’t regulate the water on the Bathroom sink (very hot) which was unsafe when we had young children, also the sink plug got stuck when pressed down and very difficult to get it out. Attic window very inaccessible, we had to stand on a chair to close the window and blind. Carpets were stained in the bedrooms and we couldn’t find the dial for the central heating (instructions were incorrect). The property is not in a nice area. We really didn’t think it was worth the cost of the stay.

A great base for explorating Chester, very well equipped and furnished!

Great central location with parking (paid) options near by. easy access to the property, which was clean and comfortable.

Only one loo/bathroom for potentially 9 people. Kitchen tap leaked, bathroom tap only ran hot (not great when brushing teeth!), and we couldn’t find the ice maker.

Great success

Location was a perfect base for Chester !

The property was very cold when we arrived took a while to warm up. Would have been a better arrival had the cleaning team turned the heating on prior to arrival .

overall a nice property . I am however unsure that it was worth the cost

location is definitely a plus it was clean with a good area of space

I had a car and was informed that there was no free car parking space even though there was space outside of the property this involved an additional cost to park my car the property also had no milk for beverages and the heating was off during the evening which required moving an electric heater around

Great location and clean cosy house in need of upgrading single beds.

great location, clean, warm and nice touch having some side lights on for arrival.

the kitchen floor looked pretty tired and damaged. broken toilet seat and bathroom tap. 5 of the smallest and springy simple beds you’ll ever see.

Great location, not so great cleaning !!

The best thing about this property was the location only a 5 minute walk to the centre

it wasn’t very clean !! first thing I had to do when we arrived was sweep the whole ground floor also couldn’t use the ice machine as was quite disgusting in the bottom advertised as sleeps 9 we were a group of 7 and we were just comfortable anymore would have been too many

Lovely property with easy access into Chester Town

Excellent location central to all our needs. Property clean and presentable. Beds were fine. Easy access into the property and no chance of loosing keys is an extra bonus!!

Would have been nice to have an additional toilet/bathroom for the amount of people staying. 1 takes some organisation !! Also lack of parking available outside property so had to us car parks at additional cost

Fantastic stay here in Chester

What a gem a lovely spacious terrace property on a quiet street right in the heart of Chester. 2 mins walk to restaurants bars and shops with nearby parking. The house was exceptionally clean and beds really comfortable. Easy to book and was safe and secure.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Lovely stay right in the centre

Very spacious property on 3 floors. Very clean and modern, we will definitely be back.

The double bed on the top floor was two singles zipped together which was uncomfortable.

Terraced property in a fantastic spot close to Chester city centre, literally 3min walk. Not the prettiest street but quiet and felt safe. The house itself was roomy inside and had everything we needed for an overnight stay

No parking but there is a car park at the end of the street. The frustrating thing is it’s a resident badge area so you’d think a badge could be made available for guests staying here? There were spaces outside.

Very good

The location was good and the property was as described. Entering the property using the key code was easy and the host was in regular contact before and during the stay to check in with us. Parking was nearby and convenient but was expensive so was an additional cost to our stay.

The upstairs bedroom had wet carpets on arrival and smelt damp. I wondered if the velux window had been left open or leaked during recent rain. The smell made for an uncomfortable nights sleep.
