Satisfacción a medias.

camas confortables, limpio y desayuno adecuado para saciar el apetito. Ambiente agradable, abundante vegetación.

en las habitaciones no hay cafetera, no tiene plancha ni planchador,, no tiene clóset, sólo tiene perchero, no hay botellas de agua en las habitaciones, no hay botones, no hay personas encargadas del portón del parqueo, tienes que solicitar a recepción que te abran el portón.

La cama súper dura , incluso ya se sienten los resortes de la cama , el teléfono no funcionaba , el ventilador debe dejar la luz encendida para que funcione. La antigua ya es calurosa para no tener ventilador o aire

Great location. Beautiful tropical garden to zen out in!!

Hotel gardens were superb! Small playground for children. Breakfast was enjoyable, different dishes to choose from. Decent serving size. Tea and coffee. Filtered drinking water tanks to fill up your water bottles. Decent size room. Smelled fresh and clean! Fresh bed linen and towels. Hot shower. Comfy beds and pillows. Room safe. Quiet enough. Close to shops... an easy walk, but far enough away to not be disturbed by weekend night life. Very friendly staff who spoke English. Security gates and guard. Would suit quiet people and older people.

No tea and coffee facility in the rooms, but kitchen staff happily filled up my cup with hot water (I had my own tea bags... supermarket close by, about a 10 min walk). No complaints about this hotel. It had a beautiful Colonial Spanish look/feel to it.

The walls/doors a bit thin on the main floor. Wait staff at breakfast were not welcoming.

The garden is amazing. Good breakfast, although not included for kids in the reservation. It has a nice playground in the garden. Location is far enough of the noisy areas of the city, yet close enough to walk everywhere.

Rooms closer to the kitchen can be noisy in the mornings because of the staff getting to work.
