Very comfortable beds, huge suites, good wifi. Good desyuno tipico, good location, very safe and private. The staff members are wonderful! They take a sincere, personal sort of interest in you. Edgar, Steven -- the best! They know all the best restaurants and more. You feel like your staying at friends home in Antigua. Even the housekeeping staff could not be nicer! Simple elegance in a lovely garden setting. We stayed four nights over Christmas
Our only regret was that we could not stay longer.

it was an excellent location for a wedding we had about a block away in Casa de la Ruina Santa Rosa.

I almost don't want to write this because this hotel is Antigua's best kept secret. I've been to a lot of hotels in Antigua, and Casa Santa Rosa Hotel Boutique is the best.
Finding the hotel was easy, there was parking, staff were extremely friendly and on top of things. The room was large, extremely clean and check in and check out was quick. The gardens were peaceful and it was walking distance from the center.
I'm going to have to find excuses to come to Antigua just to stay here. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
The tipico breakfast was good but with just a few extra touches it could have been better. The service , however, was excellent.

An Oasis in Antigua, a great location along a cobblestone boulevard filled with trees. Away from the traffic but fairly close to everything. Top service, friendliest staff, calm and peaceful ambiance with the perfect background music, lush gardens. Definitely, a place where you do unwind and rest !!
We liked everything! We couldn't have asked for more, we got what we paid for and beyond.

Amazing property and location. Loved every minute. The staff was incredibly welcoming, hospitable, and accommodating. They instantly made me feel at home. The room was decorated beautifully and had wonderful charm and sense of history. Aside from the room, the rest of the space was a relaxing sanctuary with beautiful courtyard and comfortable places to relax and have a cup of coffee - quickly offered by the staff!

staff was very nice and hospitable. location was convenient and close to everything.
Aside from the taxes and 10% tip charges, i was not aware I was being charged another $80 worth of parking, breakfast and covid habitation fee (all $10/day). When I made the reservation, i inquired if there was parking and they replied yes but there were no mention that it was $10 daily. We ate breakfast on the first morning but we didn’t have breakfast the next day, I later realized on my bill that I was charged the second day as well. I texted them on WhatsApp to request an adjustment of $20 but there was no response. Lastly, there was a $10 covid habitation charge daily. this was definitely not disclosed at the time I made the reservation. Plus I didn’t see any extraordinary measures to prevent covid, It was more of an opportunity yo make money. I don’t mind paying but I just want disclosure at time of booking so can make a better decision.

It’s a beautiful small hotel. Lovely courtyard. In a quite area of town, yet still easy walk to all. Rooms are large and well appointed. Beds are excellent.
The best thing of all is the exceptional staff. Friendly and exceedingly warm and helpful. The manager responds promptly to all requests. I’ve been to Antigua 4 other times - but this is now my first choice.

The staff is the highlight. It’s a gorgeous botique hotel, of which there are quite a few in Antigua, but the staff here are so friendly and warm and eager to help. Rooms are large and lovely. Beds very comfy.
