Did the job

Nice apartment in a good location for what we needed.

Needs a bit of tlc and cleaned better (lots of dust, hairs in beds, cobwebs all over the place).

We have been very poorly treated and we have been cheated out of the promised refund.

On arrival there were many sacks of rubbish piled up beside the front door (admittedly from another property) so a very bad first impression. All the carpets on the stairs and first floor were very badly stained. The oven and grill were full of grease and had clearly not been cleaned for a while - my wife is on a specialist diet so we cook from fresh daily for all meals, we do not use a microwave. We paid £1,198.46 for 9 nights from 20/09 - 28/09 inclusive. Given the above, we only stayed the first night and then found somewhere else that met our expectations. On raising a complaint on the morning of 21/09, the host assured me the we would get a full refund for the 8 nights outstanding (circa £1,065.30). As of the 04/10, this sum has yet to be repaid to me.

Decent size apartment but needs a refresh

Dedicated parking space.

Furniture and beds were old and not well maintained, as a consequence the stay was not very comfortable. Many of the windows did not open which made it difficult to moderate the temperature.

Great stay just a shame about the bed. lovely place and location.

the space and having a full kitchen was great but need bigger breakfast bowls only one available. having free wifi was a god send and having the bedrooms upstairs was great. we could put our son down and sit downstairs and watch tv.

unfortunately the double bed wasn’t great, it was very uncomfortable and I woke up through the night in pain in my back and hips and was crippled in the mornings. if you sat on it it made a sound and it was noisy and rickety. no blind or curtain over velux window so had to use a towel to block out the light in the morning. towels for us could do with being bigger but that’s just a preference.

Everything was good, a quiet area, Nice apartment, cleanness

As a visitor from Ireland, commuting was a little bit hard from the area as we didn't have a car or any Taxi number.

Excellent value in easy reach of Bedford

Clear directions provided by Amber prior to arriving at property

A few more items of cutlery and crockery would have been useful

Acceptable but I wouldn't say luxourious as described

Great location but the property needs some TLC. Some of the furnishings very old and work. Hob has no indicators on the knows so to boil an egg took an age. Not sure you could cook a meal on it

Towels grey and need updating. Stains on carpet. Lock on front door faulty, got locked in at one point.

Excellent stay, good facilites and very clean

Great Location for Silverstone, not as close as many but close enough, very clean and tidy, lovely set up and very modern, had a fab time here, excellent communication from the hosts throughout and after the stay. Highly recommended. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Struggled getting some of the bedroom windows opened when it was that really hot weekend in July and thought the table was a little bit too small. but that's just my opinion, this didn't in any way detract from how comfortable this accommodation was.

Lovely area and apartment, carpet and cleanliness let it down

Lovely area, very spacious apartment. Washing machine, dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle. Water was lovely and hot

Carpet was filthy, build up of mould around shower, carpet at skirting boards didn't look like it had been hovered for a while. Food left in cupboard and freezer. Neighbours blasted music till the early hours on the first night but host as soon as I reported it spoke to them and had no issues with this after.

Only slight criticism was shower cubicle small and my parking space was muddy under the tree. Not major issues.
