The beds were really comfortable.
The place was easy to find and was cheep and cheerful, only 3 miles away from the exhibition centre where Comic con was being held that we attended.
The shower was lovely.
When we arrived the room hadn't been cleaned due to a miscommunication between the staff.
The owner of the property was not on site and we didn't meet him at all during our stay.
After a message to the owner, me and my friends returned to Comic Con for a few hours while the room was cleaned. When we came back it was all clean and we even had fancy bedding (butterflies and flowers) for the trouble and state of the room previously.
Some of the neighbouring rooms were playing loud music past midnight, but again, a message to the owner and the issue was resolved with the threat that the bluetooth speaker would be taken off them until the morning. Which is only reasonable since it is illegal to play loud music past 11pm.

We couldn't get into the doss hole
Standing outside trying to get in all you could smell was weed. We had to have our money back and find another hotel which cost 3 times more which I am in the process of getting our money back

Uncomfortable beds, half a bottle used shower gel (not toiletries as stated), couldn’t lock main front door from outside , lock not working properly on the actual room door

Nothing
Bathroom was dirty, host was rude . I appreciate you need my ID, if I have sent it to you via three different methods, told you what they were, and asked for your confirmation AND an alternative if it fails, replying 'No ID' is useless and helps neither of us.

Accommodating at very short notice. Close to Anfield - 15min walk.
Complementary water left in rooms
Minimal facilities, only beds, TV & kettle in each room. Photos on here suggest there is a kitchen area - there is not. Small fridge could be a good addition 😃

Nice and modern.

Basic but clean and spacious. Good price and fairly convenient for Factory Project. No staff on site but the person via DM was very helpful.
The windows in our room didn't close properly, and there was only basic blinds so the room was bright and noisy in the morning. No shower gel or shampoo provided which was a little disappointing.

Did not have access to the property after paying. I attempted to get in contact with the property and the number kept going to voicemail so left stranded in Liverpool.

Nothing
Everything, booked over 4hra prior to arrival, y to when I got there, there was no one there, I hope eventually got hold of someone only to be told the boiler was broken, what they couldn't have told me that hours prior to my arrival I don't know, but I was offered another property owner by the same people just around the corner, I'd paid for a double room with a private bathroom but when I eventually got a room it didn't have private bathroom, the rest of the room was very basic, bed TV and tea/coffee making facilities, no curtains just blinds that didn't shut properly, gaps around the door so light from the landing was lighting up the room, the matress had seen better days everytime I turned over I felt the hard base under the mattress, very poor and not worth £54.
I won't be booking with these again

Nothing special
It was very congested

considering the price I paid, I was really underwhelmed by the facilities, a kettle, but no sink in the kitchen, bathroom sink was too small for kettle to fit. No basic kitchen utensils, toaster, but no knives. couldn’t turn off the security light on front door. TV not working. Scruffy decor, but clean. Host was nice though.

The room was clean.
The window was broken, we couldn’t close it. We had issues with hot water, the first one was solved immediately by the owner but it was gone once again on our last day and we didn’t have time to contact the owner and we left without taking owner but we didn’t like that we had to contact the owner so frequently for a simple hot water issue. Also, there was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. The location of the apartment is not good for long stays.

generally looked clean
•very noisy from downstairs room could hear everything, talking, music, all night long. doors banging, no sleep! people were smoking downstairs and was coming into our room.
•finding black hair in bed and bathroom
•no coffee and milk for use of kettle
•unaware of the stairs involved to get to top room
•3 keys for 3 doors to enter when carrying laugage isn’t ideal.
•difficult to find the correct door to open there were other houses with the same number door so bit confusing. doesn’t look like a nice area if you don’t know it.

Booked room , then arrived to find out there was no room available. Never got refund after numerous attempts . This was over a month ago . Was told to go through booking. com to get refund which I have tried to do but it clearly states on refund policy to contact hotel for refund which I did and got nowhere. Just plain wrong that I have had to pay for a room that I couldn't even use. This is honestly the first bad review that I have ever left and I will be taking further action against the hotel

Close proximity to Anfield. That's it.
Stayed for 1 night whilst visiting Anfield, and had the worst overnight stay of my life.
Windows was stuck open, very cold and turning the radiator didn't help.
Bed was very uncomfortable.
TV remote didn't have working batteries, leaving the TV inoperable.
Room was very small, and not really worth the price.
There was a strong smell of weed on premises (with the offending guests trying to block the smell with towels by their door). A guest told us they reported this to the owner, but nothing was done.
Parking wasn't as convenient as led to believe.
After speaking to other guests, one guest said their room didn't have working lights and another guest said they didn't even have a toilet seat.
The BIG one - the lock for bedroom was broken meaning that A STRANGER ENTERED OUR ROOM LATE AT NIGHT! This is a property that allows children, I might add.
Didn't even bother raising this to the owner as the property wouldn't be in that state to begin with if he actually cared. Owner then tried to save face with Booking.com by claiming we didn't check in.

It was close to where we needed to get to so convenient in that way. Relatively clean.
Sent my picture ID, done a 2 hour drive to get there and no code had been sent when we arrived still so couldn't get the keys but I will give them their due they did send it as soon as I messaged. We're greeted by someone arguing in their room which we could hear word for word as the walls were so thin. Damp on the wall, a wierd clicking sound in the walls, sounds like an air bubble in a pipe or something and kept us awake for ages, massive gaps round the doors and had to shove a towel under as the draft was horrendous, heating in room but not in bathroom so was literally ice cold in there. Another guest rolled in at 5 am shouting at the top of their lungs -they may aswell have been in our room- had my daughter not have been with me I'd have probably kicked up a fuss to be honest as we had barely any sleep anyway but I didn't want to ruin her weekend as she was so excited- the whole reason we stayed overnight was so we could get a decent sleep before the all day event we were going to... completely defeated the object - do not stay here. ESPECIALLY WITH KIDS - EVEN OLDER KIDS LIKE MY DAUGHTER

The location to the stadium was perfect as well as connections to the nearest train station to get in to the city centre.
We arrived and the first night was fine, although there was only 1 set of towels and we had to ask twice for extra towels. For the last 2 days we weren't able to shower as there was no heating/hot water. Although the owner was very responsive to our messages, it took all day to resolve these problems, so we couldn't shower in the end.

Standard, Small room. You get what you pay for.
No hot water. When asked if it would be sorted, I was told 5 minutes. Gave up after an hour of waiting.

Very little, though the location to local to the centre and nearby amenities is useful.
room had no heating (radiator did not work), nor any hot water from either the tap or shower.
Nor could terrestrial TV be accessed.
totally unacceptable.

How close the rooms where and how private it was
How we had two massive dirty washing bags left in the room (not our dirty washing), the apartment we booked was the worst part all of the other rooms in the other section hats off were okay it was just the apartment was filthy looked as though someone had a party the night before and no one cleaned, how dirty the bins were and how there was mud all over the floors and mold on the wall in bathroom. If you’re looking for somewhere cheap in Liverpool to stay and don’t want anything too nice go here I personally won’t be returning… thanks for letting us stay
