Having to leave the property. Luckily, only staying for one night. Close to the shops.
The apartment wasn’t cleaned, debris on the floor, sink in the upstairs bathroom was blocked, shower cubicle had shoemark inside. There were stains on the linen which made us feel uncomfortable whether they were fresh sheets or not. The area was close to shops which was ideal but dodgy and noisy at night, teenagers shouting in the street and banging things past midnight. Do not expect good views from the window - see photo! The original wall next to the bed was shabby so we put a duvet next to the wall to refrain from touching it and then got the blanket from upstairs to cover ourselves with, then all three of us slept on the two beds downstairs, which we combined together. The kitchen sink was the worst one - it was filled with lint - see photos! The TV looked like it was about to fall; only two screws out of four were holding it, if you are staying in room 111 - watch out for this. The TV controller wasn’t working, seemed like it was the wrong controller. Creaky floors and sounds after flushing the toilet were annoying!

I booked this apartment by mistake, and when I arrived at the reception, I asked him to cancel the reservation, but he refused. Then I entered the building, it was very old, the corridors were narrow and dirty, then the real apartment had an unbearable smell and everything was not well, then I quickly left the building to look for another accommodation.

The staff were excellent and went above our expectations to make the stay memorable
To be fair I didn't dislike anything but if i were to be picky the only real thing was the floorboards were creaky and that really didn't bother us that much at all

Location handy to son’s house
Gap in window blowing in.

Apartments were spacious and comfortable .
Bit DIY required in each area.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms and kitchens lovely and clean. Location made it easy to access city, regular and choice of bus.
Booked at last minute as let down by booking .com on accommodation booked. The Picture House saved us and were very helpful. Always had a happy greeting on our return
Floor boards did squeak probably affected anyone below us more than us.
No tea towel in kitchen and no shelves in fridge
All very minor problems.

The staff were fabulous! The location was great for travelling into central Liverpool- a quick taxi ride away.
The apartment was dirty and shabby. A lot of broken cupboard doors. A thick layer of dust on one bedroom shelf. The shower cubicle was almost impossible for anyone other than a supermodel to get into and out of! The crockery was insufficient for the number of people that the apartment sleeps. No dishwasher- that’s ok but there was no plug for the sink to allow for a proper wash up. We had to ask for a T Towel. The crockery, cutlery and glassware in the cupboards were filthy - still had lipstick marks on some glasses - we had to do a full wash before we could eat. There was no coffee maker, even though the description said there was. very noisy - both street noise and other occupants returning in the early hours of the morning after partying in the city.

staff were really friendly and helpful. we were able to check in 3hours early in time for an event we were attending. location is great, everything you need is a cheap enough uber away. apartment was spacious and we had two bathrooms between 5 of us. prices extremely cheap for the quality we received.

Had plenty space inside to move around downstairs, the sofa bed was very comfy considering it was an extra bed, had a slight balcony which was nice for a bit of fresh air, tv was good and easy to use and it was fairly clean
it was a bit cramped by the entrance considering it was right next to a staircase but it can't really be helped, didn't know where to locate the wifi, few bits inside which were damaged so had to take a photo to make sure I never got charged but generally not really anything major

It was quiet but quite a bit away from the centre
Room was clean but not to a high standard. Kick boards were grubby and window frames were very dirty. Washing machine smelled really bad I had to do a wash with nothing in it before I could use it. There was a bad leak which resulted I the bedroom floor having a large puddle on it. The room was freezing as the windows don't close completely there's a large gap. The fridge door does not close properly, I needed to store medication, I had to get a cool bag to ensure it was stored at the right temperature. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet which was a plus.

You could find kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and the living room with 2 sofas. Supermarket was less than 5 minutes by foot. Bus stop is nearby.
Sofa bed wasn’t comfortable.
The receptionist was unwiling.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the room was available before check in time! It was clean and comfy!
It was quite overpriced however you got everything you needed. The kitchen could be slightly better stocked

Great location. Walking distance to Anfield and shops. The apartment was a great size with comfortable beds and all the facilities you would need.
It was fairly noisy. The rooms weren't very sound proofed and the cleaners were really noisy in the morning so no chance of sleeping in (if that's what you want to do).

Location was good
Everything! Mold on bed sheets. The bathroom stank. Holes in the walls. The building itself is so noisy, and as people walk the hallways they literally sound like they are in the apartment with you. Reception and lifts smelt like cannabis. Wouldn't recommend!! We checked out early as we didn't feel safe there with our kids 😕

it was easy to book
I never leave reviews unless something is completely outstanding. In this case I’m sad to say it’s disappointing - it was cold, it was not clean and the follow up wasn’t great on our request for a partial refund to compensate. Our apartment had an issue with the toilet and sink where when you flushed or used the sink there was a terrible noise that lasted for 5-10 mins after. The sink also blocked up so you could only use for a short time.
The apartment was also a very strange layout making it difficult to take bags in and feel comfortable for the stay.
I was very surprised at the quality considering the pictures and reviews. Also the price was exceptionally high for what we got.
The place is also very noisy, creeks floors and you can hear neighbours through paper-thin walls. If you want a comfortable stay, go elsewhere.
