It was away from the city centre but easily accessible by public transportation. Restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The host was amazing! Very thoughtful and fun and she elevated our experience in Belfast tremendously!

Very friendly service and a nice selection for breakfast, promptly served and well cooked. I had a single room which was plenty big enough and very comfortable.

beautiful house, very clean and warm with nice touches like toiletries, robes and slippers and tea and coffee - and lovely breakfast - even catering for a vegan happily - with very very nice owners/ staff. easy walk into town. lovely neighbourhood
Like many locations in Belfast at weekends, it’s expensive for a B&B and breakfast is plentiful - but extra.

it is very tastefully done. it gives you the feeling of staying In a Victorian house. Donna the owner is sweet and helpful.
not really not like the property but location wise the property is a little away from the city centre and the connectivity of busses in Belfast is a little not very reliable.

The breakfast was super. Both the owners James and Donna went out of their way to make my stay a lovely and pleasant one. Donna was extremely helpful and always made sure I was enjoying my stay in Belfast. She gave me recommendations of places to go and visit and she put that personal touch and connection between the guest house owner and the guest which is no longer in existence today with most big hotels and guest houses.
Thank you Donna and James. I look forward to coming back to your guest house and to see you again.

This bed and breakfast was one of the most lovely accomodations we had on our roundtrip through Ireland. Everything was clean and well equipped and we loved the beautiful and cosy style of all the rooms. It´s situated in a nice and quiet area but also close to bus stops and shopping facilitys. We had a very warm welcome from the really warm-hearted host. She was always there if someone had some questions.
Only a tiny thing. Every evening there was a smell of food in our room.

Breakfast was always served at the arranged time.
The service was absolutely perfect every morning and carried out by the two businesses owners. Five star treatment all round.

A wonderful place to stay. Our room was beautiful and so comfortable with a very pleasant outlook. The host, Donna is lovely, very friendly and helpful. It was an easy bus ride ride into the centre of Belfast so we were able to leave our car in the car park on site. Didn't want to leave. Hope to return one day for longer.

Donna was a very welcoming owner. She allowed us to drop our suitcases off before official arrival time and allowed us to wait whilst she finished our room, which was spotless.
Donna gave good advice on catching the bus which was a short ride into town. The tickets could be bought at the local shop or kiosk and you could ‘roam’ anywhere in the city for £3.50 all day. She also advised on places to visit.

Lovely house, room, neighbourhood - very friendly and personal service
For the price, it should have included breakfast - it was unexpected that we needed to pay extra
5.0 / 10.0
The room was spacious and the bathroom had a nice bathtub, the location was close enough to city centre and still quiet and peaceful
At breakfast the first day the other guests decided to have a conversation at the top of their voices over two tables, in a room that made even a whisper echo.
The creaking floorboards and the paper thin walls did not really help in getting a good night's sleep
8.0 / 10.0
The room was comfortable and there was parking for the car.
One could hear each time the person in the room next door flushed the toilet.
