This large, detached farmhouse has a kitchen with an electric rangemaster cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and wine cooler, a shared utility/boot room with washing machine, a dining room with seating for 12 and a woodburner, and a sitting room with smart TV. The bedrooms consist of three super king-sizes, a super king-size zip/link, a twin, and a ground-floor double bedroom with en-suite shower room, along with two bathrooms and two cloakrooms. The large garden has lawn, patio and furniture, and there is off-road parking for five cars. Within 1 mile, there is a shop, and within 0.9, a pub. One well-behaved dog is welcome; however, no smoking. Dogs must be kept on leads when in the grounds due to livestock. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: Dogs must be kept on leads when in the grounds due to livestock. Note: Gardeners will be on site mowing the lawns on a Monday (weather permitting) and this might be re-scheduled to a different day as required. Gardeners may also attend the walled vegetable garden during the mornings but guests will have free access to this area in the afternoons. The Royal Oak Inn and Swans Nest are excellent dining options, and you can stock up at the nearby supermarket. The town of Topsham, the cathedral city of Exeter, and Dartmoor National Park are all nearby.
