Location and room size, friendly staff and its OMD themed which is fantastic!
The room was too hot, some of the decor looks quite dated and no room service
4.5
Location.
Restaurant /bars /shops all in walking distance
Room.
Hotel room beautiful and perfect size for a group of people
Staff.
Friendly and provided balloons/prosecco package for my birthday
Cheap
No key card , PIN code. Really handy
Cheap to book but they make the money back , you have to pay to leave your luggage behind reception and if you want to check in before 3pm you pay 20 pounds an hour

Was really the worst hotel I ever stayed in.

Location was great. Room was surprisingly very clean and a good size!
Room smelt clean and was comfortable.
Happy stay!
Asked for more towels at reception and received them straight away.
Staff was very nice and helpful explained the deposit process easy and let us check in 10 minutes early.
Would recommended.
A bit more information about check out times when checking in.
Very noisy due to the central location however this can't be helped. Would book again but ask for a room further away. (Personal preference)
2 bits of 'confetti' found in the room, which was very hard to see so understand how it was missed!

The hotel superb in the heart of Liverpool corner with Matthew's street. Who love to enjoy the nightlife Boutique 56 is the one to stay in.
From the window you could see the pubs and from the room the music was heard but it didn't bother us. If some one wants a quiet room the first floor is definitely not the one.
The room is quite big, we were a family of 4, can say 4 adults and were very comfortable. The beds are comfortable too and under the TV there is a big sofa. When we walked in, the room was clean and warm. The central heating was on almost all the time and when it was switched off , we slept better as the room wasn't that much warm.
The staff were very helpful and friendly especially Hamsa. He was out of his way to please us with what we have asked for. When we asked for more towels as the cleaning wasn't on a daily basis, we found them in the room free of charge.
The shower I didn't like much as it is in the middle of the room between the basin and the toilet and when someone have a shower will make a mess and every were is wet. After the shower you have to wipe it off as you can't even use the toilet.
Also one thing I didn't like that you can't open the window for some fresh air.
4.5
Clean, close to town, jacuzzi bath plug didn’t work but otherwise no faults in the room!!
Plug on jacuzzi bath didn’t work
3.5
Easy walk from the train station, close to lots of shopping and sites, in the heart of bars and clubs. The room is large with lots of character.
Walk by reception to the elevator or stairs, code to enter the room.
Small in inconveniences in the room like no light switches by the bed. No bedside tables etc. The walls are thin so you hear all the neighbors come in very late from partying. Not a problem if you are doing the same could be an issue if you are looking for a quiet room.

Night time staff member was absolutely brilliant.
The guy I checked in with was actually quite rude. Had to change rooms as several things were broken, such as the lights and hot tub feature. I also still haven't received my deposit back a month later, after being assured it would be in my bank within 10 days.
3.5
It was very reasonable and tidy. Staff were so friendly and helpful.
The music from the pub below was so loud until 2am

Nothing
Walked into a room full of other guests, went to reception, was told there was no other rooms, told I could not be refunded. Receptionist then offered to have me a fight outside because I demanded a refund if I could not stay there.
3.5
The location was perfect for access to places of interest (eg Matthew Street and the Cavern) the Albert Docks, museums, ferry and major shopping outlets). All within walking distance.
Some of the facilities needed a bit of TLC in the room.

Great location
We were put in a room directly above Matthew Street. It was so noisy, it felt like a window was open. Asked at reception to move but staff member was so unhelpful.
Kids barely slept, discovered in the morning a pane of glass was missing from double glazing. This was why it was so noisy. Went back to reception and a different staff member (lovely young man) moved us instantly.

Good location, right in the middle of everything. From this location, you can explore all the city's beauty. It is surrounded by pubs and bars so expect some noise from the outside during party night or match days. Though it has no parking lots, there is a paid car park nearby.
5.0
Absolutely lovely! The location could not have been more central and the staff were so lovely. The room was so spacious, cannot find a complaint!
1.5
The location was close to the heart of the city.
The room smelt like stale alcohol. The furniture is outdated and the lounge’s fabric were shredding. The worst part was the lack of sound proofing. We could hear every word being said by the adjourning room, which was made worse with their being 5 kids and their parents in the room. The noise was unbearable. We raised this three times with three different staff and in the end we checked out a day early and secured alternative accommodation. The staff kept advising that ‘we will keep an ear out’ but no alternatives were provided until we advised we were done and checking out a whole day early.

The location was great; the B56 is right in the middle of the city, close to the Lime Street station
The staff was great and ready to help
Unfortunately they couldn't solve 2 out of 3 of problems I notified. The guest of the room close to us behaved very poorly in the middle of every single night. Some light bulbs didn't work properly as well as the TV
The clubs are very close so music blasts till 2am in the weekend
There was no cleaning service.
3.5
Staff were really nice, good location and good value for money
It was a really hot night and the room only had a fan so it was quite uncomfortable otherwise would have been a good stay
4.0
Location was excellent and the size of the room was fabulous. We even had a jacuzzi spa bath and a 60inch TV.
The room was a little dark in areas and we couldn't open a window.
4.0
The location was excepional
The windows would not open. There were no bars/handles to help getting in or out of the very deep baths and they were very slippy when showering. No slip mats were provided.
2.0
room was big
the noise from next door was horrendous 3am-7am they were loud and due to the walls being paper thin we heard everything!!!
3.5
Location is very central
Room was very spacious with period feature ceilings
Staff were pleasant
I could hear everything that was happening in the rooms next door
The doors to each room were also flimsy with wide gaps underneath so you could hear everything going on in the corridor
3.5
The receptionist that checked us in was really friendly and helpful. It was in a brilliant location, just a small walk to main attractions/bars
The rooms are not very sound proof so if you have noisy neighbours, you will hear them!
3.5
it was very comfortable and convenient location
the walls are very thin. around 4 in the morning a group of women came in the room next to us and were shouting and screaming
