A well-located house just a 20-minute walk to the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon with all its delights.. 1 step to entrance.

Please note: Couples, family bookings and holidaymakers only. There are 4 steps and a steep drop towards the back of the garden. . Situated on the edge of the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon is this comfortable holiday home, perfect for friends, colleagues and family looking to stay in this lovely part of Warwickshire. The open plan lounge and dining room provide a sociable place to gather to talk about and plan your days adventures, you can even enjoy a sing song around the piano! The well-equipped kitchen gives you plenty of space to rustle up a lovely meal for your fellow guests, which on a nice day can be enjoyed al fresco in the garden overlooking the lazy brook. Upstairs you are greeted with four spacious bedrooms and a family bathroom and toilet.
All the attractions of Stratford-upon-Avon can be reached within a 30-minute walk or 5-10 minute drive. The railway station is a 20-minute walk or 4 minutes by car. No trip to this area would be complete without a visit to William Shakespeare’s birthplace where you can learn more about the famous playwright. You can even take in one of his plays at the Royal Shakespeare Company Theatre or visit Anne Hathaway’s Cottage. Take a boat trip on the River Avon, visit the butterfly farm, have a flutter on the horses at the racecourse or simply enjoy the many shops, tea rooms, restaurants, and cafés this fabulous town has to offer. Further afield, within easy reach, are Kenilworth and Warwick with their ancient castles, Leamington Spa’s Regency architecture, Birmingham, and the NEC. The beautiful Cotswolds begin 15 minutes’ drive away, with Chipping Campden and Moreton-in-Marsh both very accessible.
