lovely location
could do with a freshen up in terms of paintwork

Location. Good size for family of 4 for short break, wouldn't stay longer than 2 nights.
Double bed in main bedroom is SO noisy/creaky. This is really disturbing and should be sorted.. Unfortunately the road noise from pub closing time opposite was very loud both evenings.
4.5
comfortable and just what was needed
parking on street slight issue

convenient for where we were attending a party. bedding and towels lovely white
cobwebs in the lounge and generally grubby paintwork and stained walls. there was a table in the room which had been removed when we returned so no where to eat. breakfast for four 6 slices dried bread in fridge, small portion of fruit and yoghurt thankfully we returned to friends for breakfast. overall very disapointing

Location is perfect. Breakfast was minimal with butter, sugar, coffee missing and frozen fruit.

The property was close to the bluebell railway. It’s above a Thai restaurant which we definitely would have tried but as we had our 7 year old Grandson with us we ate in the pub right opposite. We really appreciated the bread , cereal , milk orange juice etc that was provided. My little Grandson was made up with his own bedroom and telly. Would definitely recommend to anyone. 10 out of ten.
There was nothing to dislike

Great location. Light and spacious.
Noisy with traffic first thing in the morning but that’s about it.

Parking a bit far away.

Friendly comms before travel and we were met by a friendly and welcoming host. Double beds and bedding were incredibly comfy, surprisingly spacious apartments, gorgeous bathrooms and full length mirrors, handy kitchen facilities (the food provided was a bonus for hungry teens!) Ideal high street location. High level of luxury and comfort.
Kids said the sofa beds were less comfy (they could feel the springs), kettle in lower apartment didn’t work but we used the upstairs one (reported to host) and mirror lights didn’t work.
4.5
Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, good location.
No air con, one fan wasn't enough for 4 people but we've been offered a second one.
We travelled with a child and opening the windows (at the top floor) wasn't safe for him.

Really great place to stay - Lindfield is a lovely place with restaurants, shops and lovely walks.
Master bed was bit creaky when turned over apart from that all great - defo recommend people to stay there.

Location in Lindfield is good. Breakfast is very basic. But fruit, cereal, white bread toast and jam and tea and coffee not very exciting.
Breakfast on first morning did not include fresh fruit, this was provided on days 2 and 3 after we asked for it. Bread for toasting consisted of 4 slices of white bread in fridge. These 4 slices remained in the fridge for three days as we did not eat them. Choice of white, brown, sourdough would have been good.

Good space, good location and felt welcome.
