Rooms small, location nice

Breakfast was nice, the location is very close to the station and I loved the onsen

The rooms are so small and bed for 2 people also very small. We know the Japan room standards but this was a bit too small for us.

長野市に来たらドーミーイン一択。

駅前で便利。ウェルカムドリンクにりんごジュース、コーヒーが飲めて嬉しかった。温泉がついていて、癒された。シャンプー、トリートメントがいろいろな種類があった。入浴後の無料アイス、朝ごはんにヘルシーな小鉢が何種類もあったり、地元の特産物のおやき、そば、蓼科牛などがあったりして食べ応えがあった。何か至れり尽せり、って感じだった。

Overall great stay will stay at Dormy chain again.

Good location short walk across train station. Friendly staff spoke English easy checkin. Free onsen and bath was great. Breakfast was really good nice selection of Japanese and Western food. Free ramen and ice cream at night. Twin bedroom good size room comfortable bed . Asked for extra pillow no problem. Like that the bathroom sink is outside from bath and toilet area. Complimentary water and snack in refrigerator daily room cleaning was a plus.

Very comfortable! Thinking of visiting Nagano just for the hotel! That good!

The property was super awesome. They had a gender separated Onsen which offered free snacks depending on the time of the day. The used blackout curtains so my sleep wasn’t interrupted. They were a few steps away from the station which made it super easy to travel to and fro. Restaurants as well as stores were easily reached as well.

The staff were super friendly but we had a hard time conversing especially when we did not know how to operate the air conditioning unit. However, this was not so bad as they sent someone to do the setup for us. Luckily, I knew a few Japanese terms.

Location was great. Area very nice. Loved the Onsen! ... and all the free extras available

Excellent stay near train station

just minutes walk from Nagano train station. Lots of food options nearby and shopping. Onsen was great and rooms we exceptional. Note: no tattoos allowed in this onsen. Bonus, the hotel water is alkalized! highly recommend.

迎賓飲料有免費的咖啡機消夜有拉麵，不是免費提供的就很隨便，其實不錯吃喔房間就一般小小的，但是乾淨整潔泡湯環境很舒服，麻雀雖小五臟俱全晚上泡湯有冰棒、早上泡湯有養樂多在這裡完全不會餓到，這價格CP值超高，以後都要入住這系列的旅館，謝謝！

剛好遇到路面工程，必須從另一側人行道開車到飯店，繞路浪費了些時間，且停車場較遠較不便，建議非開車族近車站住這家會更適合

Very close to JR station and lots of choices of restaurant close to the hotel. Good services and kind staff, welcome drinks, late night lamen and onsen, everything is good! Will come again when visit Nagano next time.

On balance, the location and onsen made for a good deal.

The onsen was absolutely beautiful. It was the highlight of the stay. The staff were very helpful as well. I liked that there was a laundry near the onsen.

The opaque window treatment made for a claustrophobic feeling in an already small room and the pillows were terribly hard.

Excellent stay and especially for that front staff who speaks very good English.

We like the onsen, washing clothes facilities, delicious noodles (free) after 9.30pm and of course, the location. The latter is very close to the train station and there are many good eateries nearby.

The proximity light in my room. It is so bright when I get to go to the toilet that affected our sleep.

Great stay

I like that free ice cream and drink are given after soaking in onsen. The onsen is quite big, and the necessities are all inside. Onsen is on the 11th floor, and for ladies, you need to enter a passcode before you can enter. You can eat noodles at night if you are hungry too.

The single room is small but suitable for one person.

Convenient location to stay whilst visiting Monkey Park and onsen villages in Nagano prefecture

This hotel was in a great location just a short walk to the station. It had an excellent bath area. The rooms were large enough. We did not eat dinner in the restaurant but we had breakfast which was good but not great. We used the hotel as a base whilst visiting the Monkey Park and onsen villages. The staff helped us ship luggage to Tokyo.

We found that people had breakfast early in Nagano and many things had run out but were not replaced. We were not late to breakfast and that was disappointing. As a gluten free person and therefore limited, I was disappointed to be unable to get eggs.

Best accommodation to date in Japan, will definitely be back

Easy walk to Station; great shops nearby; facilities great; onsen was wonderful; really appreciated sweet treat on arrival as well as ice creams for after my onsen and the massage chairs. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good starting point to visit the region by train

1. Very convenient location from the train station (5 min on foot), yet relatively quiet in a pedestrian street. 2. Great onsen on last floor open all night 3. Adequate room size by Japanese standards

Awesome spot near Nagano station

Staff were friendly. Complimentary coffee and juice in lobby. Room was good size for us with two small kids. Great onsen on top floor with complimentary ice cream. Super handy location- near station, lots of eateries, 3 stops from Zenkoji on the city subway. The pyjamas are so comfy!!
