Sehr gute Wahl für Nagano

Von diesem Hotel wurde ich sehr positiv überrascht. Angenehmes Haus mit einem leicht altmodischen Flair. Großzügige Lobby. Bar im obersten Stock. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ideale Lage direkt am Bahnhof Zimmer komfortabel und einladend.

Je recommande, pour une nuit ou deux en transit, l’emplacement fait gagner du temps !

Vraiment à deux pas de la gare ! Personnel accueillant, parlant anglais. Chambre spacieuse et « grande »baignoire, ce qui est rare au Japon !

Cet établissement est un peu vieillot, et possède le charme des palaces d’autrefois, avec son hall immense et ses couloirs labyrinthiques. Mais c’est amusant.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, czystość, Duże, wyjątkowe i smaczne śniadania. Miła i kompetentna obsługa. Szerokie wyposażenie - szczoteczki i pasty do zębów, suszarka, pidżama, ręczniki, duży wybór herbat, itd.

The location is great. The service is good. The housekeeping is exceptional. She top up the air purifier water. This shows paying attention to details

The link to Mi Do Ri from level 2 to 3 is staircase. You got to exit to use the escalator.

Great stop over location

Right at the train station. Perfect for a stop over prior to ski fields. Amazing breakfast with plenty of choice western and Japanese.

No family rooms that we could tell but the kids were more than happy to have their own rooms!

A very good hotel, convenient to the train station

Clean 90s era hotel in an excellent location, about 100m from Nagano station. Breakfast buffet was even better than most in Japan.

Très bien, grandes chambres, excellent rapport qualité-prix

Emplacement à proximité immediate de la gare JR (avec même un accès direct dédié depuis celle-ci !) parfait pour une étape de voyage. Accès à plein de restaurants dans la gare avoisinante.

Une meilleure isolation phonique pour les chambre donnant sur les voies de la gare éviterait un réveil trop matinal ...

It was what we booked and expected for an overnight stay in Nagano Huge conviniently situated hotel right at Nagano station

Overall a bit elderly decoration, but still ok It is more a convenient hotel that lacks the cosiness and comfort, depending on what you are looking for

Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good.

The refrigerator is not cold. We bought some sandwiches for our next day trip then found out the refrigerator is actually a cooler. Called the front desk for help and they showed up immediately. They put our sandwiches in their refrigerator so it was all good.
