朝食が美味しいホテル

朝食がどれもとても美味しい! スタッフの対応が親切長野駅までは徒歩だと少し遠いが、善光寺へは徒歩圏内静かで山が綺麗に見える

隣の部屋とベッドが背中合わせになっているのか、少し振動が気になった。化粧水、乳液のアメニティがなかった

A nice hotel

A nice hotel, which is a bit 80s in its style. However, the room was wide and clean and it is conveniently located in Nagano.

While the room was undoubtedly clean, the moquette was a bit old and stained. I believe that an hotel with Kokusai 21's history and reputation should not fall short on these details.

Fijn hotel om Nagano en omgeving te verkennen.

Een fijn hotel met prima bedden, ruime kamer en shuttle service vanaf Nagano station. Helaas hebben wij het ontbijt niet geprobeerd. Alles is op loopafstand (ook het station)

A touch of luxury.

A luxurious hotel, with large, well appointed rooms. Very quiet neighbourhood (mostly around government buildings).

It was a 15 minute walk to the train, though a circular bus was available.

Great location. Friendly Staff.

Great Location. The room was in a good size. Staff was friendly. the Italian restaurant was great. The possibility to use the parking space was great.

Everything was ok. Nothing that I would point out. The reception staff was so kind to help us to make a reservation at the restaurant

Short stay in Nagano

The hotel was first class all round. Location was ideal for us.The shuttle bus was a big help.The room was modern and a good size. Breakfast had a large variety of lovely food and drinks.

There wasn't anything worth noting.

部屋の広さやジェットバスの設備はとても良かった。

ルームサービスが無い点はNG。夜間にチャックインしたが、頼もうと思ったルームサービスが無かった。また、一部設備の老朽化が放置されている。

The place was clean and the toilet has heated seat. Has coin laundry in the building has well.

Not very near to either the main train station or main attraction.

なんとなく選んだのに期待以上でした！

チェックイン前に荷物預けに寄りましたがスタッフの方の対応が丁寧で気持ちが良かったです。部屋はよくあるシングルルームの作りでしたが部屋の大きさに驚きました。ベッドめ大きく快適でした。備え付けの冷蔵庫にミネラルウォーターが２本あり心遣いが嬉しかったです。地図上だと駅から離れていますが善光寺の七福神御朱印巡りの道中だったため問題ありませんでした。モーニングには、おやき、五平餅等の長野地元の味があり大満足でした。

シャワーの温度調整が熱湯と水の量を自分で調節するタイプでした、◯℃みたいに設定出来るタイプの方が良かったです。

ユニットバスの排水で問題があった。しかしホテル側がすぐに対応していただき、助かりました。あえて言うならばです。

Cannot be happier with my stay

Exceptional hospitality shown by front of house staff. Had someone carry my luggage to the lift for me, didn’t get that at a 5 star hotel a few days prior!

長野市で泊まるならホテル国際２１！

朝食が長野県ならではの食材やメニューが多く今までの宿泊の中でNo.２の朝食だった。売店やコンビニはなかったがホテル内のお土産コーナーもひな揃えが良く黒姫和漢薬研究所のお茶や八幡屋礒五郎の唐辛子などがあって質が良かった。ロビーにはお雛様、それから歴史を感じる展示があったりピアノもあってホテル内の散策も充実していた。

駐車場がわかりづらく混んでいる際のスタッフの対応が残念だった。ホテル滞在時ホテルスタッフが車の誘導や駐車場案内をしてくれるところが多かったのでショックが大きかった。

Great staff - worth the stay.

Service was excellent. Location was good, easy to walk to from the station and the temple.

The bathroom was slightly dated.

will definitely stay here if I ever come to Nagano again .

I can say that the price is quite affordable and the room is spacious. i’ve keep coming back to Japan in this 13 years and this is one of the best price I’ve paid.

Nice hotel with good views. Like always staff in Japan are excellent.

Nothing much. Maybe the pizza from restaurant was not that good, but Pizza in Japan? Maybe that's my fault.
