Business hotel that has everything you need.

Perfect location. Right next to the station. Bed was comfortable and room was perfectly clean

The AC doesn’t work that well. I set it to 18 degrees at around 7pm and it wasn’t that cool even by 11pm. It seems to be slightly centrally controlled but the lobby is much cooler

Disappointing

Location - it is very close to the station.

The room was too small & a bit claustrophobic. When we told the staff that the room was stuff, and the aircon/heater didn’t work, we were told to open the window cuz in “this season” we don’t switch on the aircon/heater :( A bit disappointing. We didn’t know that Breakfast is served only after 7am. So if you’re doing the Alpine Route and taking the 7:13am train from Matsumoto, do NOT book breakfast like we did. It will be a waste of money.

Great location. Friendly staff.

Location is excellent. Very close to the station. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Nice quiet location despite being so close to the station.

Nice comfortable stay near the station.

The location was very close to the station which was very convenient for getting around Matsumoto. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly.

I thought that the breakfast could have been better. It would have been nice to have some more options like different kinds of juice and cereal. The toilet was also a bit outdated.

Quiet and pleasant stay

Staff very police, clean hotel, great location, and value for money! I was put into the fifth floor, in a quiet spot of the hotel. I will stay again!

Everything was very good. But the soundproofing was a bit poor. I could hear the next room's tv at normal level. Hence if you are a light sleeper and have a noisy neighbour, you are in bad luck. However, mine was quiet usually after 11.30 so it was fine.

Exceptional

Staffs were very nice and the one i didnt know what her name she respond me on Booking message quickly. Location is near from Matsumoto station just 2 minutes and it is comfortable to walk around the town and just 15 minutes to Matsumoto castle. The room was clean. Must come again!!

The location in Matsumoto is super. It's near the station and on walking distance from the mean tourist attractions.

The continental breakfast is okay, but little choice.
