Didn't even know there was a breakfast available
The room wasn't quite as clean as I would have like. It looked like the staff didn't clean up the breakfast cereal that was spilled under the desk
7.0
smooth check-in process, good room facilities, very quiet, good access to local attractions

I was given the handicapped room for my two-night stay, which meant a more spacious room and considerably larger bathroom. Once I got used to dealing with it, I also appreciated the convenience of the combination lock on the door.

location and front desk clerk. after that. it slid rapidly downhill
Run down. front desks front door was literally coming apart and couldn’t even open or close properly. Toilet in room was absolutely filthy. They either need to use CLR and replace their extremely stained or dirty toilet seat. Bathtub had dirty rings. Metal rack is hazardous and juts out into the very narrow space between bed and bathroom. And really shouldn’t be in such a narrow space.

floor was cold, could hear neighbours talking in the middle of the night.

Staff was great!! Very accommodating

Very convenient (where isn't, in Oliver? Haha), excellent set up with two twins in the bedroom and a queen in the main room. It was nice that there was a table, and almost everything to cook with in room. Nice toiletries provided. Very accommodating with check in timing. Checked in after the first night to see if we needed anything else. We would definitely stay here again, it definitely covers my 3 C's. Cost effective, comfortable, convenient. Everything you need is a block away. They were very nice answering all my questions when I called.
We booked a family suite for 4 of us, it had 2 twins in a bedroom, and a queen bed in the main area, small apartment sized fridge, 2 burner cooktop, toaster, kettle, coffee pot (with coffee and sugar(we didn't use it). It also had a table and only 2 chairs. We found the bed to be so very soft, it's not the best to sit on the side of to make up for the two chairs. It could use.some attention to the cleaning side, but nothing worth running in to ask for it to be cleaned (hand prints on interior door, general with kids lol). The suite itself was clean. The sheets are very.....grabby, it's like laying on velcro (just sticky, not hard/uncomfortable) when trying to roll over. The tile is excellent for cleaning, but with no carpeting the floors are cold in October, the room hadn't been used in some time because when we turned the heater, we had the dust to burn off, and the odor that goes with it.

The location of the Inn is perfect for attending Festival of the Grape. It is within walking distance of the fair, eateries, shopping. The bed was very comfortable and had a variety of pillows for individual comfort. There was a small kitchenette, with a fridge with a freezer compartment, that came in very handy. Little coffee maker was a perfect size, and the coffee was good. I like the fact that there were tile floors throughout the unit.
An upper floor would have been quieter. Windows were very difficult to open, especially the one in the bedroom. Floors were a little dirty.

location was good and close to everything we wanted to do.
it wasn’t very clean and was quite small

The location was great for our trip which included golf and biking.
It is fine. the price reflects what you get - a clean quiet place to sleep.

Location was great. Let us plug in our car!
Would like smoking off property as a patron smoked outside our room for 6 hrs each evening.

Very nice staff, comfortable bed
Very dated fixtures, could hear phone conversation from room above.

the property is on main road, close to osoyoos and central location in Oliver. The rooms are good for the price, clean and tidy. The front desk staff are also friendly and helpful. My suite had AC which was a blessing since the town of Oliver and osoyoos are humid and warmest in Canada.
The only thing which I didn’t like is they didn’t have microwave in the suite, it was inconvenient for me as there was no microwave, I hope they upgrade it.

The motel is in downtown Oliver, close to all the shops, grocery stores, etc. I had injured my back just before I travelled and they gladly switched my room so I do not have to use the stairs.

Bathtub drained very slowly and there was no ice machine.
