I loved that there was big pump bottles of shampoo and conditioner. I love that there was a long little pillow that I could use as a body pillow because I forgot mine! I loved the breakfast

Lovely room. Jacuzzi amazing. Lots of hot water. Love the larger shampoo, conditioner, body soap. Very comfortable.
Just a little dirty. Broken tiles. Hallway carpets need a shampoo. Holders for the soaps in the shower would be a plus

Lovely clean room, great staff, great location, very clean
Seemed quite pricey

This place is very nice, looks great inside and has amazing breakfast. It’s very dog friendly and behind the hotel there is a great park to take the dog for a walk. Would be happy to stay there again
Liked everything

Everything was good. The room was clean. It was a quiet location. The staff accomodated my request for a room close to lobby due to mobility issues.
My only complaint is that there were no coffee cups in the room for coffee in the morning.

It was quiet, and cozy rooms and free breakfast every morning really helped

Well maintained with lots of parking. Great location. Really good free breakfast offering.

beds were very comfortable and spacious…very dog friendly
we stayed a week…variety in the breakfast selection would have been a nice touch.

Clean, good location, comfortable beds. Friendly front desk staff. Breakfast basic but very good. Lovely breakfast ladies replenishing everything. Small pool but perfect for 5 & 8 yo. House keeping friendly, brought towels and coffee when we needed it. Would stay here again.
Our credit card was being replaced so it was a bit of a hassle to pay with debit but with the help of a manager the front desk got it done.

Staff were helpful. In the fitness room, the aircon worked and was adjustable, all the machines worked, as did the TV. Oliver is a sweet little town with an excellent swimming lake a short walk away from the hotel. We swam everyday before breakfast. The coffee at breakfast was the best we have had in Canada.
Poor lighting in the room made reading in bed tricky. The waffle machine at breakfast was broken for 3 days. The opening hours of the fitness room were reduced as immediately next door was a customer bedroom.

Good location. Staff were helpful. Room was comfortable. Nice view of the river.
Breakfast was ok. Would be nice if there were healthy options, like yogurt and fruit.

Our room was clean quiet and comfortable however,I believe the hotel is over priced by $50-$75. Maybe that is why it was so easy to get a room late on Friday afternoon in the height of tourist season.

Breakfast was good.
Toilet was small and tight. Bugs was in the room and washroom. Room looks clean and didn’t except bugs. Please clean the toilet. It was dirty.

See below.
Breakfast was unacceptable.
Hot food was cold and always the same.
A variety would be welcome for longer than one day stays.

The complimentary breakfast was very well done. Lots of choices both cold and hot. One of the better offerings I have had for the many hotels I have stayed at over the years.
Only small issue was room was not cleaned by 4PM on one of the 4 days. Called down and was immediately dealt with.

A comfortable relaxed atmosphere, friendly, helpful staff and a lovely breakfast

The pool and helpful staff

Staff at checkin and check out.
I was in a wheelchair accessible room? No bathtub which I was looking forward to. The shower head and spray nozzle hadn’t been cleaned/descaled in awhile. Many holes plugged. Water in my sink? Dogs barking across the hall at checkin, but quieted down.
Breakfast ok.
