Had to help a family member move to LV. This was the perfect place for me and my brothers to hang out after some long days. Great location and good amenities. Great communication with the host.

Overall, this place was great! Lots of room for our large group of 10 to spread out and plenty of space for everyone. The property seems to need some repair, but that didn’t have a real effect on our stay, as everything was in great working order. The master bathroom doesn’t have an exhaust fan, so it did get very warm

This house was exactly what was portrayed in the listing and exactly what we needed. My 2 brothers and I stayed in this home together for a brothers vacation. We all had plenty of space to spread out in the living room and each bedroom had a good amount of space and the 2 full baths accommodated us well.
House was clean and ready for us to stay in and the host was very nice and communicative. Would recommend this for a small family or group of friends to stay in.
Location was great - we got to the Vegas Strip between 12 - 18 minutes depending on where along the strip we wanted to go and also park in one of the casino garages.
In short, this house was great!

The place was not very clean. After waking on the floors in our socks for an hour, you can see how dirty the place that was just cleaned that morning was. The a/c air intake had hair on it.
The a/c in one of the rooms was not working at all and one other room had minimal air flow also. The third room was cool enough.
In the kitchen, the rice cooker that was advertised was not onsite.
The places was outfitted with smoke detectors, but their green ready light was not on so I suspect the system was not operational. I did not try to test the system myself since I had young kids with me.
Overall, we were disappointed, but in after thought, we chose a cheaper priced listing.

Great location near grocery, restaurants and freeway. We enjoyed the backyard patio area and the games in the house. Recommendation: clean the air vents and address the ceiling damage in dining area. Overall, great property we would definitely stay here again!

The house is clean and cozy, with nice decorations. It was in a good spot and close to everything but still quiet. The host was helpful and made sure everything was smooth. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfy place to stay in the Las Vegas.

The house was perfect for us. Rode in from the Bay Area and stored the motorcycles safely in the garage. Everything was as described and it worked for us perfectly. We will be issuing this house again in the future.

It was a perfect location near the venue for the wedding we attended, while also being close to other activities throughout the week. Awesome supermarket just across the main street, and while located right next to the freeway we didnt hear any freeway traffic noises. Only complaint was that the pull out sofas were not as comfortable, but the actual beds in the rooms were great.

The property was great well appointed. The only trouble that we had was not having hot water in the morning, that really needs to be taken care of. Other than that the property was very close to the highway easy on easy off. The owner was very helpful

Traveled to meet my estranged daughter and her sons after 20 years apart. It was a great first meeting. The boys loved the pool table/ping pong and foosball. The TVs were excellent and the beds comfortable. The kitchen seemed well stocked and the amenities were excellent. The hide-a-bed sofa wasn't as comfy as the standard sofa but was pretty much OK as a bed. The grill needed a new battery for the igniter, which was found in the kitchen drawer so the grill worked fine, would have been nice to use the firepit in the evening but no fuel available. Overall it was a great stay and can't nitpick too much about the facilities, everything worked. When we left for a day at the lake the daughter forgot to lock the front door, contacted the owner and he remotely locked it for us, so great support while we were there. Would definately use this property again should the occasion arise.

My son and I were here for a soccer showcase. He played on 3 different fields during our stay. The house was less than 10 minutes away from all the fields, it was also very clean and spacious. Perfect for a soccer getaway.

Very nice and spacious. It was very nice to find a few items like coffee, kleenex available until we went out to buy some. We where only there to sleep, so we didn't have a chance to enjoy the game/pool table/ping-pong table. Would choose this location again in the future

My family really nicked the stay. Its location is away from the hustle and bustle of the strip but offered easy 10-15 minute access by car. Lots of space to unwind. Any necessities were available to use. Excellent communication with the host.

The house was well equipped, and very nice inside. The outside is a different story. We brought 2 small dogs. At the end, I cleaned up after many previous dogs. The yard maintenance wasn’t great. But overall it was a great time and the property is well worth the cost.

The home alone had more than enough to do in case you cannot go and do outside activities. Very centric and close by to the main attractions. Had plenty of towels and blankets. Host kept in contact for any question or concern I had, and responded very kindly and quickly.

Brought a friend to Vegas for a quick getaway. Another friend and I didn't want to overwhelm him so we decided on a vacation rental. This is a nice property. It's cozy and only 10-15 minutes off the strip. It was pretty clean inside and out. I definitely would recommend. My only criticism is that is in a highly trafficked neighborhood and there were some less than accommodating looking people traveling through on foot.
Hideo, the owner, was very communicative and accommodating, helping to resolve an issue with the automatic door lock (the keypad malfunctioned). We spoke several times and that was comforting and reassuring.

We were here for a few days and enjoyed our stay. While the outside is very plain, the inside was very well done. The place was clean, the owner very nice and communicative. we had a great time.

I stayed here to host my son and his friends for his 21st. The house is well lit and spacious, with quiet bedrooms off of the main hallway, so if you want to sleep when others don't, you don't hear the great room - which was a terrific hangout for everyone without the hubbub (and expense) of the casinos.
The neighborhood is quiet and less than a minute from the 95, so you can easily get to the Strip and downtown, but there's no road noise. The property manager was excellent and responsive before and during our stay. We had an excellent time and you will as well!

The property was just as advertised, beds comfortable, and the location was great -close to the strip but far away enough for convenience to Summerlin. The owner was kind and helpful with checking in/out. Highly recommend!

This a is our 2nd time staying at this property. We love it. Only issue we had was the ac not working that well inside the master bedroom. We tried the ac system that was for the bedrooms and for some reason the master bedroom wasn’t cooling down but other than that our stay was perfect. And the host was responding back to us within minutes!

The check in process was super simple and the owner was very responsive with any questions I had. An Uber to the strip is about $10-$15
