Property was nice and accessible, it takes a walk or two to go to SM and the environment is kinda safe. Staffs are also kind. Gonna recommend this place to our friends.

The only reason to chose this hotel is the price, it is low. However, even for the low price, everything is worse than expected.

The staff is dishonnest and not friendly, thhe mattresses are too thin and very unconfortable, there's no window in the room, AC very very noisy, they steal the deposit they ask at check-in, WiFi is poor, often useles...

Air conditioning very old and too much noise. Area was dirty and everywhere mosquito. So hot area. Lobby no comfortable to seat. Garden table and chairs in the lobby. No one chair out for smoking. No hot water in the room. Very old furniture with damage. Too much steps. No lift.

Check in check out time.. They didn't allow check in before 2pm.. if you want to check in before their check in time rules. You have to pay 200 php per hour extra... also their air conditioner is so noisy we can't sleep well because of that noise

I like the location. Very accessible for everything. It's my 6th or 7th times visit to this place already since 2019.

What I didn't like this time is we were placed at the 5th floor. Also, we stayed for 5 days and the room has no table so we usually eat at the bed. We booked 2rooms since we are family of 4. It was fine but when we were about to checked out, we were informed that the linens was stained. Yes I admit it was stained(konti lang) from a coke float we ordered outside. What made me disappointed was we need to pay 500 because we stained their linen. Is it not anticipated that if your hotel was booked by a customer should we NOT USE your linens, towel and bedsheets so that we will not pay upon checking out due to it was stained/used??? I was so disappointed cosidering it was our 7th visit at this place. 🤔😕☹️ One more there was no hot shower only cold and it was not good for a 3yr old daughter to take a bath at 6 or 7am coz we need to go out for an important transaction outside.
