Con a / c en ambas habitaciones, agua caliente y todos los accesorios en la cocina, servicios de internet, canal de televisión directo. Distancia de senderismo a lugares como: restaurantes, centros comerciales, farmacias, tiendas de abarrotes y gasolineras. A solo 7 minutos del aeropuerto, de las playas ya solo 15 minutos del Viejo San Juan.

The apartment is centrally located to a lot of the areas we wanted to get to (San Juan, Luquillo, Rainforest, etc.). Very neat and cozy to accommodate my son and me.
Great to have a parking spot out front. Definitely will stay again.

We stay here for a weekend and it was the perfect pick, close to everything clean and safe.

It was great to stay in a home that is close to everything. We eat specific foods and to be able to cook in the kitchen was great!! The air conditioning really helped during the 90 degree plus, humid weather. Appreciate the host as he was very helpful with our requests. Will stay again!!

Apartment was nice.. The neighbors played super loud music like they were in your space. It was safe place to stay.. Hot water was never hot and the dryer didnt work with one cycle even with a small load.The apartment itself was very clean.. I would stay again!!

Nice clean place in a local neighborhood wasnt sure at first but felt safe. Make sure to rent a car because its a bit far from the beach and San Juan. The AC was real cool. Need a new tv because of busted speakers. Confortable beds. It's a good deal !

This apartment is in a great centralized location. Great access to major highway that leads everywhere. The place was clean. The parking spot in front of the door is very convenient. The area might look a bit rough but we never felt unsafe. The owner was very helpful with our checkout process. The TV had many channels to include premium. Although we didn't use it, the kitchen is spacious and seems to have all utensils needed. The bathroom was also clean and equipped. Having a washer/dryer was extremely convinient. One sugestion will be a ceiling fan in the living room. If we return to visit relatives this will be our to go location.

This place is very nice, super clean, and comfortable. The moment we went in it felt like home. The host had bottle water for us in the fridge and the house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. It is close to stores, supermarket, restaurants, and more. The highway is located minutes away from the house and it is about 10 minutes away from the airport. I will definitely come back.

This was just a place to sleep at, nothing fancy. You get what you pay for. Was nice and private. Seen someone driving around with a. Gun at night.

The address is Via 1, when I arrived I was confused on what house!! maybe it should be listed 509 via 1 carolina. Instead of Via 1,
the cage door should have details listed to pull gold lever after you unlock it. gold lever is in side cage ,also wifi is fantasy not the one listed.

I spoke to you all the day I was supposed to be staying at this property and I explained to you all that there were people already there, the property was double booked. You agreed to give me a refund and told me that I would receive a refund confirmation email, and I haven’t. But you all sent me an email wanting to know about my stay at this property. I DIDNT STAY THERE AND I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!! Also the property manager was veryyyyy disrespectful and threatened me if I didn’t leave his property. If I don’t receive my money back I will be taking further action against your company.

A very nice apartment. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked. I wished I was staying longer. Nice change from my frequent visits to Isla Verde.

Loved our stay in this beautiful home! House looks freshly painted and remodeled. All furniture, mattresses, bedding, is brand new. Owner was very friendly. Marta, the housekeeper, stopped by to welcome us - very kind and helpful. This is a residential neighborhood with families. It was really nice to experience this and not just the hotel/tourist sites. Had dinner at Sullivan's BBQ less than 2 blocks - good homemade PR food!

THIS PLACE IS LITERALLY BEAUTIFUL! LOVED THE AREA CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT, BEACHES, MALLS, AND EVERYTHING YOU NEED. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AND TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
