We were told “new protocols with VRBO needing a 24-turnaround time” the unit would not be ready until later in the evening. The unit was available for our check in 3.5 hours after 3pm check in time.
All these items were advertised in the unit but were not present: Beach Chairs/Printer/Computer Monitor/Foosball Table. On the second day we inquired where the beach chairs-two emails sent the owner “finally stated that they were no longer in the unit, and she couldn’t find replacements.” Promised to “replace them.” They were never replaced; we were stuck paying $25 each time to rent a chair. Also advertised that a Foosball table was in the unit/on the property - inaccurate. The property has never had one at Coral Beach Towers. During our stay she removed this from the listing(we had screen shots of the rental prior to the stay). She then said that “she can’t provide to us what she does not have” and admitted to updating and deleting this from the listing during our stay.
A lot of issues with the unit: Kitchen Countertop poor condition/Mstr bath door won’t close, wood is coming off of/Bidet is not secured/2nd bdrm sliding doors are stuck shut and can’t be opened(our power went off for ½ day and we wanted to open all of the sliding doors but were not able to /Garbage disposal not working/Tennis Courts are unusable and won’t be completed until mid-2025, according to the security staff/Not prepared with a flashlight for power outages, which happens often in this area.

Gladys was amazing! Very responsive and very accommodating. The house has 2 bed rooms and 2 bath with everything you need. Full kitchen, beach towels, even beach toys. The balcony has the view to the pool and the beach. The apartment is few steps from the beach in a very secure facility. As an FYI, the building and the apartment are dated and could have some renovation but everything is functional.

We communicated with property owner before booking and arrival. She responded quickly. She accommodated all of our requests.
The condo is on the 6th floor of a beachfront property. The condo is actually the corner unit so you will get the best view. The condo's living room has a large balcony with a beach view. The balcony is enclosed by glass so you won't have to worry about mosquitoes while enjoying your morning coffee.
The building has 24 hour security. The condo is super clean and maintained well. The condo contains everything you may need for your vacation including all kitchen appliances.
The beach is literally 50 feet away from the condo. This condo is pefect for families who want a carefree vacation.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean and comfortable. It is older and needs some maintenance but I would definitely stay there again. It is very secure and safe. Has everything you need. It is located next to stores and restaurants. Has its own parking spot. The pool is very nice and the beach access is nice. There are umbrellas and chairs for rent and a bar/grill that is very close.

The best thing about this condo is the location. Prime location and close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The beach is amazing with easy access to it from the property. Short drive to Old San Juan and other tourist attractions. The only reason why this property does not get a 5 star from me is that it needs major remodeling.

Gladys was very responsive with any questions we had. We were in town for a family wedding. The condo location was great. We had a beach and pool view. We were also able to walk across the street to several restaurants. As far as the condo itself, it had all the necessities and more. We had a great stay.

The condo was everything we wanted. My parents and PR family made some great memories on the beach. The view of the ocean and beautiful beach can be seen throughput the condo. Bars/ restaurants off the beach and right outside the condo complex. Parking space assigned and the proximity to the airport made our 6 am flight home easier to bear.

Let me just say, out of all the VRBO stays we've enjoyed, by far Gladys, the owner went about and beyond what we've ever experienced. She's thought of everything you might possibly need and truly made her condo hotel-like with her own niceties on hand so you can sit back and relax during your stay! She had extra toiletries, even hair products, hair dryers, even extra toothbrushes, first aid kits, along with coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrella, baby fold up crib and other necessities for little ones available, I could go on and on. She's thought of everything which is so nice! We were very thankful for the thought she's carefully put into making her condo stand out among others. Everything was very clean and ready to be used fresh for our stay. The view from the condo was excellent. Being a corner unit with a full beach view and view of the pool and mountains in the distance, you can't ask for better! Our kids really enjoyed using the pool and basketball court. The beach is very clean, not rocky, and waves are calmer on this part of the strip, which is perfect for families with younger children or anyone not wanting to be knocked down by crashing waves. And for those looking for more seclusion, this stretch is not crowded at all. There's also jet ski & massage within walking distance along with options for food, coffee, groceries, etc. Perfect location and easy access to airport, bonus! Thank you Gladys for making our stay amazing! We will definitely want to come back!

This 2 bedroom condo was great for us and the location was perfect. Close to the airports, close to the restaurants, and only a 15 minute ride to Old San Juan. Gladys was great to communicate with and was quick with her replies. The condo had the little amenities that we were not expecting such as soaps/shampoos and towels for both inside and the beach (right out the door....) We couldn't have been happier with the accommodations!

The apartment was very nice, furniture is a bit outdated but everything was nicely cleaned and taken care of. It has everything your need, literally everything. The apartment is in an excellent location, very very close to the airport. I loved that the place was open which allowed my toddler to run around and explore safely. We had a couple of hiccups during our stay that required me to reach out to the owner a couple of times. Gladys was quick to respond and was able to fix the problem pretty quickly. We will definitely be looking forward to book this place in the future.

Beautiful apartment on the beach. We enjoyed our stay with family. The beach was beautiful and area was surrounded by other hotels, bars and restaurants. No need to rent a car unless you plan on traveling the island.

We stayed a few days at this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. The view was great with lots of windows and fresh air. Short walk to the beach and pool was large. The condo is an older one buy nicely decorated and had all the amenities (dishes, pots and pans. coffee maker, glasses, cups, and lots of beach towels and fresh sheets, etc) including washer and dryer.

The property was very nice. Everything was very clean, that is a must for my wife and me. Apartment was large and comfortable. Beach was lovely right behind building. ocean, beach view from the balcony good, could also see small mall across the street. The area was very convenient. Apartment was well stocked with cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels and everything else one could possibly need just like home. It was my first time not staying at a hotel. We enjoyed our stay here. Everything necessary was provided even some unexpected extras as far as toiletries, lotions, sunscreen. The unit has a perfect layout. It was my BF and I in one room. My mom in another. Everyone had private acces to the balcony. Staff amd security are very friendly as well as residents. It is a big building. They will show you around if you get lost 1st day there. Very secure convenient location. The views were beautiful and relaxing. If I could leave NYC and move here, this would be the place. Thank you Gladys for a wonderful stay.

My family of four really enjoyed our 7 night stay. The location and view of the beach was perfect. It was very clean and was stocked with many necessities. We did not rent a car. We took Uber wherever we went and the prices were very reasonable. There are grocery stores and convenience stores steps away from the building. We did have an issue with the air conditioner in the master bedroom dripping water, but as soon as i contacted our host she handled the situation. Overall we had a fantastic vacation!

We loved our stay. The condo was more spacious than we anticipated. Easy to walk to many great restaurants. The beach was beautiful and clean. Also a couple minute walk up the beach if you want to jet ski or parasail which we did and was ALOT of fun. Highly recommend!!

The stay here was very pleasant. The place is comfortable. Very very clean..First place i ever rented that had everything. It was very well supplied. It had everything, from band aids to sunsreen salt sugar coffee, batteries everything you would need on vacation. The place is gated so its safe. The appt needs a little up grade with the furniture. The cable worked great and tv in living room and both rooms. One of the rooms the bed was very low. In the living room they need a better futon or a sofa that opens. 4 people can sleep comfortable 2 in a bed.
All in all it was great. After a little upgrade i would recommed it. The host Gladys was very nice snd attended any problems.

If you enjoy a nice sandy beach with great views of the coast line this property is in a great location. I would recommend renting a car, which we did, to help explore other neighborhoods with a little more culture.
The space was perfect for 3-4 adults. The two bedrooms are nice sized with closets and each bedroom having its own bathroom. The AC worked wonderfully for us northern US travelers.
If you enjoy waking up and walking down to immediately jump in the ocean…this is a perfect stay for you.

The view was breathtaking. The amenities wonderful. We spend every day in the pool after the beach. The unit itself, fantastic. Big, clean, updated, MORE than enough room for four. Gladys is an outstanding host. communications were easy and immediate. She stocks the unit with much ore than you expect from a usual rental property. Unfortunately, it is already booked for the dates we want next year because it is by far the best rental we have stayed in Isle Verde. do something about that Gladys!!!!

The family enjoyed our 6 night stay in this unit. It was as described, with plenty of space for our family of 5, and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and pool. Location was great with many restaurants and stores in walking distance. Host was very responsive. Would stay again.

Perfect for a 5 day getaway- right on the beach with a phenomenal ocean view at 1/2 the cost of a hotel in the same area; an enclosed veranda that we just loved- had breakfast there each morning- loved it!!!

She readily communicated that the AC was not working in the Master at the last minute( she was getting it repaired) but before we got there she made sure there was a portable unit - it worked great
Accommodated us for a late checkout as our flight out was a late one- much appreciated

We loved our time in Isla Verde, mainly because of this property! The unit is exactly like the photos and includes everything we needed and more from coolers, beach towels, extra blankets, etc. Gladys was a great host and quickly responded to any and all questions. As a group of females, we felt extremely safe on the property which includes a 24 hour guard and key fobs to enter and exit the building. All of our ubers had no problem finding the condo and entering to pick us up at the door. Walkable to multiple stores and restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend!

Loved the location of this property. It’s right on the beach with restaurants around in walking distance.Everything worked except the air conditioner in 1 bedroom, for which they installed a temporary one, albeit noisy, it kept the room cool.. Plenty of towels and supplies as listed. The listing agent was responsive.
The apartment itself is roomy with great vistas, it just needs remodeling. The furniture is worn or chipped. The doors need repainting and adjusted. The countertops need to be replaced, the sliding window on the patio is difficult to open or close. Instructions for using the tv were not there , so we never figured out how to run them correctly.
All in- this is a good place to rent, but needs some updating.

This property was exactly as it is shown. It was very clean and Gladys was a great host who was easy to reach and receptive to our needs. Also, it is very well stocked with everything you may need in the kitchen and bathrooms. We would definitely stay there again.

This property is wonderful! The condo had everything!! Forget something?? Just look, it's probably here for your use! Couldn't ask for a better location, everything you could possibly want or need! My only suggestion would be to have the kids pool heated.
