My money were stolen by this hotel. Hôtel not responding on e-mails for over a month.

The location is so good coz its near Divisoria 168 and 999 mall and beside Lucky Chinatown mall … You have lots of choices of restaurant around the area. The room are clean and spacious and the upgrade is so worth it. Staff are amazing ,they’re very attentive and helpful. Of all the hotels I booked in the past this is the first time that I heard no issue from my mom and that’s make me happy .

* Great location. Free Parking. Good options in the breakfast. Comfortable and pleasant stay overall, with kind and servicial staff. * Nothing extraordinary but at the same time better than most hotels around in the area.

* The WiFi connection dropped frequently but allowed me to have a work call. * There is no direct access from the parking to the Hotel, you have to go walk up the ramp and then to the hotel, so not recommended for senior citizens or people with disabilities who can't walk uphill.

Breakfast was superb, body massage was relaxing, and it's an excellent location for shopping and recreation. Parking is also available for guests, and the hotel staffs were very accommodating.

The drain in the shower area was not quick to flow down that we have to constantly turn off shower to prevent flooding the bathroom floors

I wish the windows have a sheer white second layer curtain to be able to bring light to the room but with some privacy.

Friendly staff, great location, clean and tidy. Handy location jeepney and tuk tuk station is right at the door step, food alley and shopping mall is right next to the hotel. Room is totally soundproofed despite the hotel located on a busy Manila road.

Design of elevator, need to take 2 separate lifts to get to rooms.

Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Hotel is nicely located in the center of chinatown.
